Ah you're correct. Dummy buy is at .198p so those trades are below the mid point and are indeed sells. This is the deception retail investors have to accept from lse and mms. Constant.

Think this means at some point there will be a drop today with a largish delayed trade as they're obviously trying to conceal some significant selling going on this mornng. Not what Marla needs.

Yes, artificially high. MMS will help Alumni sell shares as low as 1.3p I imagine (still a 30% profit for them) so we’re still quite high at double the issue price and so more CLNs to come I’m sure. TRLS needs a contract that generates revenue. Lots of agreements signed but not one that gives the company any income. What’s the point of them if it’s likely to delist? Marla must be biting her nails to the bone - unless this was her plan all along. The guillotine has been sharpened and being winched up to its starting position and TRLS as we know it is not very far down the queue of waiting recipients.

MMS now have their work cut out to keep the sp artificially high and tempt retail investors into buying another 40m shares or so….

In fact no Director has bought a share for 5 years so I think this has been planned a long way out.

Still difficult to fathom why they put $50k each of their own money though. If the plan is to take it private then why not just do it now? The company is on its knees an there seems little point in prolonging the suffering so why bother extending things for another few weeks?

Not such a bad idea Tiger. Perhaps a day of protest and everyone avoids buying or selling? What am I saying?! The mms would find a way to even make money out of that! The risk is already extremely high but LSE is culpable imho as they are themselves in charge of reporting trades. There are systems in place but they have all the tricks to misrepresent what’s really going on so retail investors are duped time and again.

No delayed trades being reported so I can only deduce that most of the trades today were in fact sells and have again been conveniently misreported. I did wonder about that £10k buy at .20p but now that it and all other trades at that price were sells. When you total them all up it obviously paints a much truer picture and makes sense of the share price dropping by 20%. It's AIM I know but it IS akin to fraud and if any retail operator tried something like and got away with it there would very quickly be a price to be paid.

That was from 3 months ago. ‘Advanced conversations’? Think we can take that to mean things have fallen through or…it was just a bit of good ol’ manure sprinkled over the RNS to make it slightly more palatable. If there really was something going on and it was positive we’d know by now, surely?

Erm…just got in and looked in to see that somewhat surprisingly there has been 2:1 in buys:sells and yet the sp is still red. Cal me old fashioned but I’m sure that used to mean a share price would rise…yes?

From this we can probably deduce that mms are working already to forward sell the next tranche of Alimni shares. Completely out of order . The price will rise probably tomorrow or early next week and it will be NT and no one ca sell and at the end of the day another delayed reported trade of approx 48m shares will pop up, all magically sold at about .22p or there abouts. Shortly after that we can expect the sp to plummet. Again. This kind of shenanigans shouldn’t be allowed and will gradually kill the interest of pis in AIM because things are so skewed in favour of the iis and mms. Retail just get rinsed over and over again.

Positives - two major pharma have signed contracts or extension contracts this year - one only days ago. Not revenue generating but even so, why bother?

Two Directors putting in their own cash to keep the lights on. Why? Have they done a deal with Alumni to be reimbursed as long as Alimni can get a few CLNs away for a nice tidy profit?

Why are the two major pharmas not stepping in? Buy it for £3m and the sp is 1p and they can keep Marla and Laura on. Why sign all these agreements with CROs if it’s about to be wound up? All very messy and of course the good ol lads from LSE are in there helping themselves in any way they can. I should have stayed away. Yet another AIM sh.t show. When will I learn.

Even the most die hard TRLS advocate must now realise Alumni have this where they want it. Ready to take it for peanuts when it goes into admin - those peanuts are currently being provided for them by uk retail investors who have been duped into buying Alumni’s shares at an unreasonably high price and more than double the price the were bought for. It’s a bit like turkeys voting for Christmas. Nasty

Koolkat - I totally agree about the risk vs reward but with every CLN cashed in it’s another large % of dilution, another step closer to win/lose. Death by a thousand cuts or a last minute - very last minute- stay of execution? Ah well, we roll the dice

And right on cue there is the RNS confirming all the excitement of the last few days was indeed ‘managed’ by mms. No real substantive news worthy of genuine interest, just a bit of positive PR that the mms were ready and waiting for to lure in as many of the herd as possible and hey, out of view and under the counter, just as you’re patting yourself on the back for buying a few at a low price, the dump another massive load of shares diluting your holding within hours of you getting on board. It’s iniquitous really.

The number of trades and posts yesterday should be an alarm signal that this stock is being worked heavily by mms and their teams of paid posters. Today is so quiet by comparison. Probably many kicking themselves today and finding themselves already in the red and locked in. MMS will be celebrating down the wine bar in the City.

You have to admit that the market makers have played a blinder here. They’ve managed to lie in gullible retail investors not once not twice but three or four times in the space of the last month. They are incredibly good at what they do and they make AIM what it is.

It does seem odd that J&J and Pfizer are sniffing around TRLS but not willing to just pay £2 or £3m to buy it and do with it what they will .if it’s got serious potential then why not? If they don’t snap it up then it cd go belly up and Alumni make a mint if they buy it in a distressed sale and then sell it on to one of the buggies. Interesting to watch and see how it plays out.

Perhaps for balance you could add …’ But there’s an equal chance you could lose everything because the company is pretty much out of money in another few weeks and is close to going bust - or delist and be taken private by Alumni Capital with Marla and Laura in tow.

I agree though they might announce a contract that could flip this on its head in minutes. The Directors hav both put their own money into paying for the lights to be kept on and that’s rare, so there’s a chance they know something is imminent. I just hope they can shake off Alumni asap and stop the endless dilution.
