My personal opinion ( and of course it is just that and could easily be wrong) is that I currently intend to vote against any reappointment of current board members as and when I get the chance to do so. I think some of the things that have happened during the last few weeks and back to 2022 are horrible. As far as an EGM is concerned, getting one is easier to say and harder to get. If all of a sudden we had the equivalent of a Patrick Sheridan around, that would be very interesting to me. Overall, I really like the Company but have little time for the way it is managed. This is just my opinion, the whole point of a debate is to share opinions, views and evidence.

On the basis that JCC wish to buy some/all of Solgold in due course, their offer of technical assistance in the field represents a conflict of interest and additional complication. The new Board should review this arrangement immediately with a view to cancelling it and thus increasing objectivity and transparency. Such a move would also make a statement that all roads do not lead to JCC.

I don't understand why Solgold ever appointed SC given the due diligence they doubtless carried out. Events at GG and Allied Nevada should have obliged Solgold to move on to another candidate. Personally, I feel foolish that I did not do my own due diligence at the time. That was my mistake. Today's low share price is handy for many people.

I also revert to my remarks about the 1 Dec 2022 Osisko financing and would remind readers of the dilutiive nature of the JCC deal last month in that the shares in question did not have voting rights and they do now. There was no dilution in relation to MC as the shares were in existence already.

I accept your point about the data room although it is worth noting that this topic was not covered via RNS but via discussions folk had with SC.

The Osikso deal completed on 1 Dec 2022 when Mr Singh was CEO of Osikso and Maxit the company who he co-founded with Mr Sangha in 2013 advising Solgold was not subject to competitive tender and was agreed directly between Osisko and Solgold. The latter advised by Maxit.

It takes two to tango. For example, why didn't Solgold offer the Solgold Canada shares to the open market including to small shareholders? We don't even know if they were offered to BHP and Newmont. As far as we know, these shares could have just been part of a bilateral discussion as was the case with the Osisko deal.
