That is your opinion, it is not a fact. You have a right to your opinion, of course. A review of the most recent AR and RNSs and the share price over the last 36 months give clear reason based on fact why to be concerned about the management of Solgold.

I totally agree. Our headcount, costs and options granted look shocking compared with no independent Chair for over a year and little/no exploration. Why do we have these people and spend so much money on them - senior management non-directors in particular.

Not constructive to dwell on events at GG, the allegations made against SC and the fact that he left his CEO position soon thereafter. Can't unsee what's been seen but let's hope that we have a strong independent Chairman soon. I think this will give the business a huge boost....but it must be a first class candidate. An ex CEO of a $1 billion market cap + mining company not connected with anyone at Solgold, GG etc would ideal.

I find it most odd that, out of all the folk Solgold could have selected, the Company ended up a CEO and CFO from GG as well as a 'Director of Strategic Affairs' from GG and VP of Project Engineering' from GG. Apart from NM and SV the geologist, the Company has no seniors left from pre-SC days plus it has no independent Chair and has not had one for almost 14 months. Some

investors and investment managers won't invest in companies where both roles are carried out by the same person. Also, page 39 of the AR 2024 shows that the Executive Management Team at Solgold comprises SC and CS so Chair, CEO and CFO effectively.

My my, a small group here is so flustered by the group of shareholders formed as a result of the initial request to email in. As I have said many times, there is no hidden agenda. Many have emailed in, many have not. In relation to 'insider', inferring such things is an outrage. Add, for clarity, please leave out the middleman and state here that I am an insider and therefore at risk of breaking the law. I am a shareholder with nothing to do with Solgold's inside activities nor do I have any knowledge of what the company's decision makers are or have done.

A low share price over time can shake out longer term holders who bought at higher prices and replace them with buyers at lower prices. The cohort's composition and intent is thus changed. The company has ready access to the share register. We do not.

Hostile or friendly will show the intention of the Board and folk associated with them. We want to know that.
