I don't agree with Quady but respect his right to an opinion. How do we know what is going on just below the 3% threshold where 46% of the shares reside. Then there are share options. 51% of the shares are required. BHP NMM and others can rustle up 40% or so. Plenty to play for. What is the alignment and ownership of all those 46% of MCap shares. The PFS is a good place to start. Broker analysis is another. Anything less than 50p per share based on a review of these and the current price of the metals would be derisory. A counterbid situation a la Noront would likely release a truer value which is around 100p.

A low ball, hostile bid made for the company as and when this is made is one thing. A low ball, friendly bid made for the company will trigger immediate calls to a solicitor and renowned KC already on standby.

Just popping in here as very busy today and next 3 days. I don't have anything specific to say really. I think there is a huge amount going on at Solgold and that the next week or so could bring significant news. The management and options situation are a concern as are being sold too cheaply whilst some people make loads of cash from the deal regardless.

To confirm to all, there is no 'hidden agenda' and when it comes to 'using the data' I wouldn't know where to start!

We now have a small group of shareholders who have emailed in, many of whom have also provided phone numbers, detials of holdings etc but many have not. It doesn't matter. I need to update the records I have and will do this as soon as I can. I think the total now with other messages I have had is towards 60 million. As soon as I know I will be exact. There seemed to be an 'edge' in that room last week and those executives spent 4 days in London....talking about what exactly? We don't know of course but if our votes are needed for whatever reason, there is a better picture now. As I said earlier, due to all the uncertainties we know about, this effort has been about 'belt and braces'. It is not a sword, it is a shield, that's the idea. The Company's executives deserve credit for what they achieved in 2024 and I wholly acknowledge that. That said, there are a number of aspects covering corporate governance, stucture and remuneration that have been discussed here and clearly concern many small shareholders. I see your point Jonny and it is a reasonable one. Like the rest of us, I guess, I don't have any idea what is going on. Ecuadorian law stipulates 3 phases of the exploration phase in mining and one exploitation phase. Solgold announced on 16th Sept 2024 that it had entered the 2nd phase of 3. This was excellent news given that there are only 3 phases. Based on this, I don't really understand why this news was buried in a paragraph towards the end of the RNS and was not commented in the announcement other than that. I don't understand the motive behind that given how we all got to that point and how keen on hearing about tangible good news we were (and still are). I'm at a loss to explain all this.

With respect, Add, the key demand of the group threatening legal action at GG did go somewhere and not nowhere. The CEO, Scott Caldwell, walked the plank and left the business. No counter claim, no protest, gone. That is what happened. I don't know why.

I need to update the spreadsheet today. Plenty more emails have come in with several today. I have now replied to all if them personally. I will confirm when I have the current total but it looks like high 50 millions. The whole idea is to gather a group of small shareholders together who can be contacted and gathered quickly in the event that our votes are needed. It seems pretty clear to most that Solgold owns extremely valuable assets which need to press on to be cash generative as soon as possible. No group wants that more than the Ecuadorian Government (apart from us, perhaps). Having been so patient over many years, achieving fair value for our investment based on what the company owns is key. As and when anything comes to the fore which puts fair value in jeopardy for long term small investors must be challenged. We are stronger together. As an aside, I have not enjoyed reviewing some of the revelations over the last 24 hours. I would like to see a strong, experienced and impartial Chairman appointed as soon as possible - ideally, an ex-CEO of a medium or major mining company. I hope SC and his team get on and do a good job at Solgold notwithstanding past events at other companies. I am advocating a 'belt and braces' approach to all things connected to Solgold and our investment. Incidentally, I am sure FN and O did indeed carry out extensive due dilligence but I suspect that they also have security on the asset in some way via their contract in which case Solgold management is less of a concern.

As far as I am concerned, SC can get on with his job and I hope he does it well. Personally, I have no agenda to attempt to have him removed. Based on the assumption that we all want fair value for our shares here, I'm now able to contact folk owning a combined total of over 50 million shares. Also, what about the Class Action at Allied Nevada in 2013 when Scott Caldwell was CEO? That was settled for $4.375 m and concerned misrepresentations on a prospectus.
