Actually probably best given cost of upkeep.

Hopefully the businesses will now put advertising/promotions/studios out to tender like everyone else.

That’s what I got with AJB

I had 3 options and I went with option 3 no Ingenuity shares.

I did quickly check all 3 but I will wasn’t really interested in 1 and 2 so it’s possible.

They are in the advanced drop down.

Clearly anything could happen but as a rule CMA don’t usually even have a sniff unless anyone gets to over 25% in any market.

The AJB and I think the HL page(?) are as described on P7 of THG proposed demerger PDF.

I think you go to advance drop down and select either

Standard Voting Options

You get Ingenuity shares in line with standard allocation

Split/Partial

You want more or less than your Ingenuity shares

Take No Action

You get no Ingenuity shares (100% Remainco)

After you do this (select your option) the boxes are filled in for you so just approve
