It really depends what time was left on the leases.

Obviously the property would be worth more with tenants with long leases.

The leases would have been renewed before the properties went on the market so nothing can change until next renewal.

I agree but I also believe that 49p was a ludicrously low cash raise level and today’s price was the inevitable consequence of that decision.

More importantly the market seems to be ignoring Matt’s hopeful timetable with caveats.

Still around 42p which I think is more reflective of a likely Nutrition miss?
