Should get a kick up when the recent dilution is removed at same time as Ingenuity demerger.

If anyone else was interested in THG (any part) they would have made a bid but nothing.

I am not 100% decided but my view is that it’s the only deal on the table and it’s better than no deal with the share price at 44.3p so I will likely vote in favour.

Then hope for a share price recovery in the new year?

Should I vote against the demerger and risk a further collapse in the share price?
