Upon reflection I think they have left the timetable sufficiently vague

…Whilst at this stage no certainty can be provided on the exact timescale of the Demerger, the current intention is that publication of the Demerger Circular would be in or by early November with the distribution of IngenuityCo shares being completed at or before the end of 2024.

That’s rather negative

Would guess Nutrition and Beauty are struggling like all and not really into peak season but can’t believe it’s that holding things up?

Some of the Institutions fighting back? - that’s possible but they would have released that news as it’s positive for the majority and the share price.

Private companies cant be held in ISAs or Sipps.

With ISAs shares can be moved outside but Sipps that can be done either.

Especially when they were issuing a earnings downgrade for 24 on the 19th?

That SMS and the team didn’t know how weak Q3 was when they reported H1 11days before end of Q3 19.9.24?

Clearly they don’t have control of the company?

No management information systems?

The problem is Nige that there was only 6 weeks between the two updates yet the business had deteriorated so significantly.

Its clear to the market that the management had lost or never had control of things.
