My only worry with determining fair value is calculating and building in how badly or otherwise the Beauty division has done in the Christmas trading period? Matt has flagged that My Protein won’t recover until Q2 2025 but was optimistic about Beauty. Let’s hope he was right?

Overall retail sales aren’t encouraging but ……?

The vast majority of large off book trades are finally booked after the close for that very reason.

They are traded earlier.

They are off book so they do appear on the electronic book anyway.

They are booked late but transaction took place during market open.

They don’t book these huge trades during the market open as they believe they could impact the market.

Improving price last 60mins and some large late booked trades appearing c.7m on LSE (exchange).

Suspect someone with a large option position brought it down here to close or more likely roll it at this level - Triple Witching today.

If there’s one positive it’s that after yesterday and this morning with virtually NO buying evident on L2/3 things improved this afternoon.

It would be very odd to just ignore a 20% share fall in two days on large volume without any obvious reason.

Someone was feeding 2.2m share clips into the sell side this morning then hiding them going Iceberg. But a bit sloppy as they were visible for a few mins.

Out of interest why wasn’t it suspended yesterday when we hit 10%?

I thought that was the rule unless there’s an obvious reason for decline.

Can’t be new shorts as that doesn’t make sense and not shorts closing reported?
