The problem is whilst it’s easy to point to S4Cs problem finding the solution without breaking it up is more difficult?

Integrating the many many separate components at this point is an incredibly difficult exercise.

I believe anyone buying it now would find it easier to immediately break it up but will SMS do what needs to be done or allow anyone buying it to do so?

I am sure Stanwells intended to beak it up 18 months ago which is what likely upset SMS the most.

Knowing something about the company I think David Jones is correct with his analysis of the company but the question is can it be solved and company recover?

Bizarrely enough I believe that all of us including Matt, BODs and all shareholders wish for a higher share price but we blame Matt and the BODs for not achieving it!
