THG is not bottom line profitable.

Yes the BOD made an ambiguous statement but that’s what these guys do!

But they issued the data at the same time to clarify the statement.

They didn’t say the company was bottom line profitable or even operationally profitable they left it for the investors to read the data.

People shouldn’t lie to other investors.

When you try to correct the maybe innocent mistakes posted by some, they get irrational and extremely rude.

To be fair everything I have posted is correct.

I have a substantial holding here but am incredibly concerned ATM.

I have held a position in THG since 2022 so probably understand more than most.

Yes I look at data and no I don’t think anything here moves the price.

I just want informed opinions discussed here but not the lies and garbage posted by many.

No I am not but I do look at all data.

It’s useful but it doesn’t tell the full story as parts are missing such as app, in store and obviously it’s not purchasing or value data.

It’s only part of the jigsaw.

Kelso is no long an activist shareholder.

Matt now owns just over 10% of Kelso so he neutralised them early last year.

I think that’s really why our dutch friends gave up!

ASOS is ranked at 331, market cap at £518m, price at 434.60p

According to spreadsheet on 27th Dec 24

Automatic level was companies ranked at and below 325 roughly with market cap above £548.9m

So it didn’t qualify for automatic elevation to FTSE250

Look at the spreadsheet

As I said I don’t follow Asos and I remember the qualifications when below the automatic levels are complicated are variable but read the spreadsheet.

Don’t argue with me it’s not my spreadsheet but it’s amalgamated prior to each FTSE cut and made available to investors.

FTSE250 - need to be below automatic entry level to be safe which in Dec 24 was @ 325

I don’t follow Asos but according to the spreadsheet I previously linked they were on the Dec candidate list for ftse250 so likely just missed it at no.331?

FTSE250 inclusion is actually around 325 due to Aim cross over but they can’t join FTSE250 so should be fine

The document says effectively about remainco that they don’t make an bottom line and operating profit but they do make a EBITDAR profit so could pay a dividend but it my view shouldn’t in my view at the moment due to the level of inherited debt from Ingenuity. At the very least they should wait until they’ve renegotiated those terms due in 26 in my humble opinion but they could choose to pay a dividend.
