They can. It seems the sticking point is that they want control and that will lead to the future of the company and it's people bending to Apollo's best interests and not those of the business or it's people

Matt can believe anything but it wont be realised because we won’t sell (for reason already mentioned) and the company won’t be valued correctly as long as it’s listed with him at the helm.

Today’s performance from MM doesn’t fill me with confidence that he is grounded in the real world.

He told us HE rejected the offer because HE lost some control.

That’s a difficult ask for anyone to secure when selling their company.

How can he ever delist, raise financing and thrive without taking on debt.

Just wish he had laid out a path to a solution to his (and our) problems at THG which just got worse.

The main reason for listing was the ability to raise financing cheaply, easily and quickly to finance growth.

But now he can’t!

The terms are pretty standard.

The only one that I notice that seemed different is that they can return to the table if the THG BODs asked?

I actually think his bigger issue to financing expansion.

He ca't raise money feely and cheaply from the market due to the share price and his recent behaviour.

He has rather boxed himself into a corner.

Cant stay listed, he does not like PE structre requirements and wont finance an MBO through debt?

So what can he do and keep control of everything?
