Reading the Linkedin post I think the main issue was the PE deal structure as they came back with a higher price yesterday

The price was a negotiation but the structure was not.

That will be the same with all PE.

I really think he knows the value of the company anyway - He knows its TOO CHEAP

Once the shorts are back in the driving seat he loses control of the narrative and the bunker mentality returns.

He would be in a better situation than today and have future financing on tap.

Yes his Linkedin post rather blows out of the water all the theories that kept us going on this BB.

The Apollo approach was never going to work.

He was the impossible dream.

A higher 'correct' valuation on the LSE with him in charge.

PE is never going to work within his rules/red lines
