The recent share price weakness is due to concern over a possible cash call and nothing to do with a standard listing - The impact of a possible cash call would be the same regardless of S4Capitals listing category.

Is a very different company, in a very different market, with very different issues and with strong established/ recognised strong existing management team.

The only similarity is the Golden Share/Premium listing.

No one at SFOR or in the investment community has suggested any advantage from SMS relinquishing his Golden Share.

He is still viewed as an asset unlike Matt Moulding.
