It strange that Matt spends so much time complaining about the LSE.

Listing on the LSE has made Mad Matt incredibly rich but made his investors much poorer.

SMS is stalling for time and trying to keep the share price up.

I am sure he has his reasons and it’s only a short term fix.

Even SMS doesn’t see the advertising market improving in 2024.

So at 78 does SMS want to at best stand still for 2-3yrs.

I seriously doubt it.

He needs another solution to fire up some growth and he can’t do that staying listed any more.

Too much damage done over past 24 months with a catalog of self inflicted injuries.

He will find a solution for SMS.

That’s my view.

PE would effectively be replacing the remaining existing shareholders and injecting fresh cash into the business to expand / grow again!

That fresh cash/capital to enable growth is no longer available to SMS/SFOR on the public markets - Certainly not for a considerable period of time.

PE is his only solution IMHO.
