The last 2 trades have the trade flag TNCP, (Non Price Contribution to Discovery), which I assume means that they have no relation to/effect on, the current trade price. They also have trading venue XOFF, meaning traded outside of the main exchange. As deedee says, share swaps.

Another route would be a Joint Venture with a mining company wanting to get a foothold in the opening up of the KSA mining sector which accelerates in January.

Biggest problem could be H getting bigger and bigger but you cannot have everything.
