So most likely time for dividends is after TK producing how big they actually are will probably also depend on what percentage of the companies resources is ploughed into growing the company.

Or a bit over a month in this case. Joking apart Smellyben its down to the consortium members now some of which are huge companies they are too big to be pressured and would be counter productive for harry or Kefi to attempt to do so.

Everyone seems happy and are trying to get everything tied up for closing next month and its in no ones interest (including kefi board members who have put more into than they have taken out) to drag things out more than necessary.

Good to see Kefi is truly international including the forums.

I post more on the kefi ADVFN board, sometimes fewer posts but the higher percentage of long time holders means the posts are generally by people that really know the company. Though that does mean that we are even more impatient to see the breakthrough having waited a long time.

Advfn also has a private messaging which can be useful for talking to people off the forum.

Would say the lse board has improved though as it has gained a greater number of posters so between here and Advfn not much is missed.

Commitment of Tulu Kapi consortium?
Q. In KEFI's recent Quarterly Update webinar, Harry Anagnostaras-Adams reacted very angrily to my question "Has the consortium for financing Tulu Kapi made a binding declaration of intent to the Ethiopian government?"
I can partially understand his response but my intention was to find out how far the promised (private) investments are binding on the government and whether they can simply be extended for another year. The real risk for us private small investors is that if the financing does not come by the end of March, then the share price will be much lower.
A: Please accept that the Chairman’s answer was not one of anger, but we trying to state clearly that the declaration of intent by the consortium was certainly sincere though not, at law, a legal commitment.
