The reality is kefi itself feels and felt that the situation is serious enough that it could disrupt operations at TK hence getting cashed up at the stage it did and to the level it did rather than wait and let the share price rise before going back to the market.

Harry kind of spelled it out when he talked about force majeure recently and obviously if things get bad enough they will pull everyone out and looking at months of delay at TK.

What the company should be doing is making and laying out plans for Saudi so it can demonstrate progress on one front if things kick off in Ethiopia.

Kefi could be a bargain on Saudi alone if kefi concentrated its ownership to a smaller number of licence areas and it could make that invesment case if it faced a delay in ethiopia. Got a gold rush of western companies going into Saudi last couple of months (sun peak,peako, sierra nevada) and kefi that had first mover advantage crickets. Possible that the company is waiting to see if it does kick off or if the overpegged areas are returned before it decides where to allocate exploration funds but it should be reminding the market about Saudi. Have not got anytime for obvious derampers but harry needs a kick up the rear end.

Yes plus Artar will expect exploration and/or exspansion of discoveries past and in the future. From Artars perspective they have been more than patient waiting this long.

Reality is funds needed for Saudi. A better question is why are deals not being done in Saudi considering money is flooding into the mining sector there? Another question is why no deal with Artar increase kefi share in licence areas for a smaller number of licence areas. There is a middle ground or at least there should be that considers short vs long term investment and you do not have to be in a camp that is tottaly posative or negative.
