No mention in todays RNS of our income from HorseHill - somebody on here did some maths & reckoned it was about 200K a year at then rates/prices - I wonder what we do get! GLA

Mike, all my shares are down even those pumping out positive RNS after positive RNS, market is subdued at the moment, inflation, war etc…. The MMs will manipulate this back up to 0.145p shortly don’t work they know how to create a market, it’s what they do… George buying would give it a kick but he always misses the right opportunity & his achievements tend to then end up as damp squibs (his timings are truly awful) - We’d be mid 0.2s now if he achieved on market anticipation rather than achieving after market disappointment…. GLA

@copland - I suspect the waste tip application was affected by the larger dewatering application which encompassed the whole area (NRW kept expanding the requirements on us to inc the whole area) so I suspect that had a material impact on the waste tip application - in theory once reformatted to inc all the new data & requirements it ‘should’ be a quicker process… GLA

RNS reads well - we have some great assets I’m just not sure we have the right team to access them quickly - I’d like to see some experienced blood on board who can get things right first time & speed things up a little…. Great buying opportunity at these levels mind…. GLA

One would hope with the deluge of rain NRW would be pragmatic regards water volumes but as somebody else noted earlier, better to learn this now than see all our equipment flooded down there had it been a typical dry summer followed by storms - lessons learnt early on pay dividends later. GLA

Two good RNSs this morning - all we ask is to be kept informed & not have to work things out for ourselves, progress is being made…. GLA

But consider his salary & hence shares are bought with our money… Would it have hurt to have spent some of our own money buying some shares in his name…. GLA

@Mark, George said the application was ready but he didn’t want to submit it as it would have meant NRW having two license applications slowing either down but since we got dewatering weeks ago he hasn’t submitted it - Question is, Why? Was he telling the truth? GLA

Jaffa that was nearly 2yrs ago, he has repeatable said he’d buy in but the excuse is he’s always in a locked-out period - I don’t believe for nearly two years he couldn’t have bought in, just stop & consider what we are paying him for a moment (that’s shareholders money) - what about the recent placing which destroyed sentiment, could he have not bought in then?… GLA

Alba can no longer be trusted to inform us & so called ‘investor relations’ ignores share holders (my last several emails were all ignored) - It’s time shareholder took action otherwise nothing will change!

George said the tailings application was ready to go weeks ago & yet it still hasn’t been submitted, he won’t buy in & share in our pain or support the share price & only ever reacts to problems (never having a contingency plan) - The share price is embarrassing because confidence is shot (that last placing couldn’t of been timed worse & that’s where he lost my support) & we have to do our own research to try & ascertain what’s going on - TIME TO GO PLEASE GEORGE JUST GO, the share price will not recover with you at the wheel!

George needs to go, he has decimated the share price, won’t buy in & doesn’t seem to have a clue what’s required to raise the share price, he simply stumbles from feck-up to feck-up - George please just go!!!! GLA

If a potential suitor wanted to purchase GROC (highly likely) wouldn't they also need to buy Alba as majority shareholder (Gold & Graphite are both in demand mind do not a bad mix)… To be honest both companies are a pittance to a major…. GLA

We were told the waste pit application was ready to go but hadn’t been submitted due to not wanting to slow NRW down with two ongoing applications so why hasn’t this second application now been submitted?

Problem we have is people trade this for pennies - it goes up 1 or 2% & they sell for a few quid - never known anything like it - not sure what it’s going to take to stop people from selling at such low ball profits…. GLA

I believe GROC will get bought out before it ever reaches market, it’s low hanging fruit (good for Alba as majority shareholder)…. GLA

Should get the ‘Dewatering is complete’ RNS this week - let that sink in - we were told we would never get dewatering/it would never happen & yet here we are - It was said by the retreating miners (when gold was too cheap to go to the cost of extracting) that the seams were still visible in the walls - let’s hope that is true eh… (I bet Goodluck is seething lol) GLA

Well regardless we are in a much better position now & can sit back & allow things to progress at pace - some big buys today I see - Once we get dewatered (this week it would seem) it would be nice to see some proper PR, on the local news etc
