Any rise in GROC will be represented here proportionally via our large holding…. I still believe Alba is the better hold (I would like us to increase our stake mind back above 50%)…

NRW said they would try to speed up the modification to dewatering volumes so it can’t be long now (it’s already been 4weeks or more)…. Meantime dewatering continues just slowly… GLA

Moorlaner; Are you the mystery selling who’s been selling daily chunks for weeks ie a substantial holding? GLA

Whatever GROC choose to do as the majority shareholder Alba still has huge say - plus if somebody wants to buy GROC it makes sense to buy our 44% out in 1 go (they only need little over 7% more then for a hostile takeover if need be)… GLA

I suspect we’ll increase our holding in GROC as funds allow…. GLA

Scotalba - serious investors value your input, ignore the trolls as they just want a cheaper buy in otherwise they’d of moved on to another share (I never revisit the boards of shares I’m no longer invested in)…. I’ll be topping up when funds allow… GLA

Let’s hope the heatwave helps us out & drops the water table eh lol - Seems we have a distressed seller who’s been selling chunks every day now for weeks, until they’ve finished offloading I can’t see us rising much (barring great news of course)… Any new ScotAlba? GLA

Just watched the whole hour, feel more reassured now… I’d still like to see George buy in, when he’s able, as that will help reassure the market - Not sure why people are selling at these low ball prices but I’ll be buying more & averaging down - Aces seem to be lining up…. Looks like waste-tip application is about to be submitted any day and the drone survey to commence shortly too… GLA

elir, nothing gf says today is meaningful, he constantly over promises & under-delivers - rns’s are all that matter (it is illegal to bull**** in an rns)… results raise share prices!

best we can hope is new people watching from sidelines are persuaded to buy…

i’ve not heard from the mp i emailed but i will let you know when i do (i’m more interested in what she has to say)…. gla

I won’t be watching as GF lost me after that raise - he needs to earn his salary & attract new investors now who get to buy in way lower than us long timers.

I’d encourage people to ask questions so he & we can better understand the why?

Ditto, I thought he’d let share price build towards dewatering but he ho, he’s got his salary now for another year so he’s happy…. Always winners & losers in this game… GLA

Ocelot, I think it’s was the badly timed share placing that destroyed sentiment - we waited 2 years & were elated, we had dewatering & the press releases to look forward too, instead George killed that buzz in less than 24hrs - he lost me that day… Way oversold at these prices but it’s going to be a slog… GLA

@theaccountant: Dewatering continues (albeit it a slower rate), meantime Alba are about to submit provisional application for sifting through the waste-tip piles for gold, a drone survey is to start next month to scan the area for more gold deposits - Be nice if George bought in, he keeps saying it but hasn’t in nearly 2 years (ironic considering it’s shareholder money paying him)… Wished I could buy at these prices but George screwed long term holders over with a very badly timed share-placing (my average is 0.17) so it’s up to new investors like yourself now to get the share price back up (we are way oversold) as us old timers are fatigued with it… GLA & welcome to the board

Cheers Scot, what’s frustrating is being hamstrung by volume, once dewatered that’s it, we don’t require any more volume than required to keep it dry - the weather is totally unpredictable so why are NRW dragging their feet - it could rain for 40 days & 40 nights & there is nothing NRW could do about the rivers water level so why try to dictate volumes on us, have a word with Mother Nature NRW…. It seems ridiculous!

People are frustrated with management not our assets - you said we would never get dewatering (wrong) - GROC is of global significance & the gold has been proven via drilling to be there (you said it was all gone)….

@Theinnocent - hit nail on head - word class asset but useless management….. We need to pressure the company to get rid of the useless incompetent management who have fleeced us for too long…. Yes I’m angry - GLA

George needs to go - share price is not going up with him at the helm, too many false dawns & broken promises - All good will has been used up - George PLEASE step down!!!
