Do people with knowledge/experience (ie not those with an axe to grind) have any ideas on how the winter will likely affect us? We can assume the waste tips won’t happen until spring (it will take NRW that long to reply anyway) but what about L4 I can’t see that being affected by the weather up top so is that likely to continue? Oh & Come on GROC with the good news…. GLA

Asllan: A lot of people are emotive investors & don’t even consider technical analysis - like you say share price is bottom of the chart suggesting it’s got lots of room to climb & yet somebody has been selling chunks (at historic lows) for weeks now (they may well regret that) - NRW have let us down & need to step up & stop the constant dithering - GLA

Cryptomantom; in order to sell you have to have a buyer - if the share price was crashing ie on bad news, you try & sell your shares (you probably won’t be able too) hence if the buys & sells are low he/she will only be able to offload small volumes, conversely if we had good news & there was lots of buying & selling (way more than usual) one could offload more volume…. It’s simply supply & demand! GLA

I was just thinking has our mystery 3million & 5million daily seller finally finished when the sells appeared lol - frustrating not knowing how many more they’ve got to offload - their constant sells are anchoring us down… It’s a new week next week let’s hope for good news & that our seller is nearly done… Have a good one all….

Goodluck was just bitter, he panicked & sold losing money & then wanted the company & everybody else to suffer to feel his pain - we’ve all been there but you have to walk away & put it down to experience for your sanity’s sake…. @Eddy; exactly I’m also chuffed with the increased comms - PR are replying swiftly too (George did say he’d get onto them) - things are improving & Alba do crack on where they can, it’s legislation/governing bodies that slow us down… I’m more optimistic now (after my wobble on the timing of that last raise)… GLA

@ian12; It’s not a loop hole it’s an emergency measure (which NRW may have put in themselves) to protect the workings/equipment/safety access etc but also to prevent contamination into the water - it’s to everybodies advantage inc NRW who are custodians of the rivers water quality… GLA

@NoOneKnows; Indeed what we’ve learnt is that we have this mechanism in place, once L4 is dewatered we aren’t at future risk… Once dewatered, whatever the weather throws at us we can activate this counter-measure… GLA

In the latest tweet we are still over 6metres below pre-dewatered levels - todays action is to prevent the higher levels ,where work is now complete, from re-flooding - it’s the right decision… I’ve actually got more respect for Alba today for taking decisive action to preserve our works whilst bureaucracy bumbles along - I think we’ll hear quickly from NRW now…
