I don't agree with all you say, however I do think your last post makes some sense, however, just to correct a little bit, the ACF report comments, with all it's provisos and conservative figures, that MT alone could be worth £2b - "Given its attractive characteristics Monchetundra could be valued in excess of £2.0bn on its palladium content alone."
Depending upon the number of shares (2.8b-3.1b), then this in itself could equate to circa 65p-70p per share, WK could add a little more if sold, then of course there is the opportunity with the Rosgeo JV, so 65p-70p (minus costs and money retained for development), as a dividend plus the shares to carry on with WK producing and the JV to add future value would be one very good result and far more realistic IMO than some of the wild predictions we see from time to time.
I think you are correct regarding the issuing of the report, as I said at the time, no coincidence IMO that it came out when it did!

Agreed, if the 'rubber stamps' come soon, and they could if we are as far down the development route as we all hope and believe, the timescales could, and should, be much quicker than the 2 years I suggested, just can't help thinking that the ultimate plan by those running this business is to sell out and cash in at the right time. It will be for a large pharma to take this great science to the masses.
Having been in a while and going through all the RTO stuff, this has become an easy hold for me, especially since for a long period I thought it was a lost cause. IMO there are only 2 things which can happen here:
1. Share price continues to rise as news develops and products are commercialised, we get news on contracts, sales and repeated successes
2. We get bought out by a large pharma company
Personally I think we will get a bit of point 1 and then I am convinced point 2 will come into play over the next 2 years maximum.
I will lock this away and wait. GLA.
My suggestion regarding us not being told who the II is was in no way negative and certainly not a 'red flag' for me, more that it may be 'unhelpful' with regards the final stage of whatever deal is being struck here.
It may of course be less about the money and more about the II?
There may well be a view that 'inviting' this II in now, whoever it is will be significantly more beneficial in the medium to long term.........sometimes it isn't just about the cash in these situations.
I agree that it doesn't really matter who the II is, we have the money and can use it as suggested.
It is intriguing though that the identity of said II has not been disclosed and perhaps this says more!
Maybe there is a concern that if identified then it could have a dramatic and 'unnecessary' short term impact on the SP (positive), and at this particular moment, when we are at the very final stages of a possible announcement, it may not be what is desired?
Bit of a conspiracy theory I guess but nonetheless a possibility.

Still says 'massive' here:

The RNS did say 'significant' - it was the John Meyer, Mining Expert at our Nomad (SP Angel) who stated 'massive' during a recent interview, he corrected himself straight away, but he was extremely bullish is his comments and worth a watch if you have not seen the interview as yet.

That's a great average price and IMO pretty much secures your position here. I think even TBTT, MadStork and Billions would agree with that......!
I have not de risked either, simply added, only ever sold to buy back in a more tax efficient way, majority is now safely tucked up in ISAs and SIPPs. Going into suspension my average was similar to your own, it is now some way north of that but still 'safe' IMO.
I only started dabbling in shares a few years ago and many lessons have been learned, patience and sticking by your research being one. So often in the early days I was in and out and missing the big rises much to my frustration, I still can't help looking at a few of those now thinking 'what if?'
Best of luck here and elsewhere.

I appreciate it is hard to understand the lack of SP movement when there is so much good news but think on this:
1. There is without doubt a degree of manipulation holding the price and it has been shown on on here numerous times
2. The BOD hold a significant number of shares which are not 'available' to trade
3. II are holding an increasing volume of shares which are not being traded
4. PIs now have a high volume of shares which are being retained pending news
5. So far today less than 0.2% of shares in issue have been traded
6. We have PIs in here with very low averages who have often taken profit and are on a free ride, nothing to really lose
7. We have many PIs who have averages around current price who do not want to miss out at this late stage
8. We have a number of PIS who have averages above current price who will not sell until in profit
Whilst there is effectively so little availability of shares and so few being bought and sold the SP is bound to stagnate.
Some PIs are selling as and when required for their own personal affairs but I believe that is really about it - just need to wait for official news, we should hear some news this week, exactly what is unclear, but results are at least due.
In until the end!
There is an Estate Agency in Kidderminster called 'Doolittle & Dalley'
So if someone was moving from Leamington to Kidderminster (not sure why they would mind you) - they could be dealing with their solicitors called 'Wright Hassle & Co' and and an Estate Agent called 'Doolittle & Dalley'
Apologies this is slightly off topic but on a day with little else to discuss I thought I would share a brief story from my day!
This morning my cat decided to bring me a little gift and left a newly hatched bird on my doorstep, it was alive but clearly hungry, distressed and with feathers just starting to form. Not knowing what to do I decided to place it carefully in some tissues and cotton wool and then googled for some help. I was pointed towards a local wildlife centre in Much Wenlock so I called them and they told me to bring it in.
When I handed it over and they told me it was a baby Dunnock, it had a few scratches but they said they would incubate it, hand feed it and then release it when grown and strong enough to survive.
When I returned home I decided to look up Dunnocks, knowing nothing at all about birds, imagine my amusement when one of the first things I read was that "Dunnocks are native to large areas of Eurasia"
I did donate to the lovely Cuan Wildlife centre and once this comes in I will add to that donation. That's it, bit silly really but made my day, Freddie the cat has been suitably chastised and gone to his bed with no dinner!
Ok so let’s assume they did.
That makes me pretty happy then, the Board, who are undoubtedly under the guidance of UBS and DLA Piper are happy to issue a report from a respected agency which has valued limited company assets at nearly 3 times the current market cap. So this figure is obviously what the BOD believe the part of the business to be worth, and it is extremely conservative.
We also know that the Board have received an offer for substantially all the assets which they are clearly happy with and they are pursuing this offer.
Ergo an offer in excess of that guidance is likely to materialise fairly soon.
Happy with that.
TMS
I may have missed it but you seem quite certain that EUA paid for the report, where does it state that?
I am aware that ACF are paid for their reports but I didn’t think it was clear as yet who had paid for the latest one?

You say the BOD turned down an offer in Oct 2019, I have been here a while and do not remember that. Are you able to point me in the direction of where you got that information from please......!
