Belstaff - earlier today you posted a message stating a reply from EUA to you, the last sentence was "We are positive about the direction of travel from here." I think someone else had a similar message a few days ago.

It may be a standard response, but absolutely no need to put that sentence at the end, it would be more than acceptable to simply finish the response to you on the previous sentence - ".................hope to be providing an update soon." That is where you would normally end the reply in such circumstances.

I appreciate it is so easy to read something into nothing, but just struck me as odd to say that, why bother, what are they suggesting or referring to, not really a phrase you would normally see to my mind, I read it positively for what it is worth, maybe a subtle message to let people know all is well..........maybe just wishful thinking.

wow, I did post earlier this morning saying how disappointed I was in the BB today along with my apology to Lucretius.

I would also like to retract a post from a week or so ago when I 'praised' Gulag for his posts, at the time I felt they were informative and balanced, well today has just demonstrated how careful one must be on here, so easy to get sucked in but never really knowing who is behind the name and what their ultimate aim is.

It is like a different person has taken over. It is hard when so much is unknown, but can we try and return to some form of normality tomorrow and just put today behind us?

For what it is worth I felt the NN RNS was very interestingly timed, they must surely be one of the companies who have expressed interest in MT, if fo no other reason than to keep others out, whatever Gulag states, they have the muscle and finances to buy us out if they wish and the product we have could easily start to pay back any loan in relatively short time once they start mining.

It easy to start seeing too much into everything at present, but it truly feels like things are lining up in a fairly orderly fashion at present, I remain positive, believe there will be an offer of some form in the near term and hope it works out well for all. This is AIM however so I am prepared for whatever comes.

If it does all come off, then I am very clear on my strategy - sell off my dud shares to off set some of my CGT liability as I have some shares (not all) in a trading account and then only invest in FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 stocks going forward with attractive dividends, I will then leave LSE and wish you all the best of luck - thats my plan anyway.

really disappointed reading the chat this morning to be honest, this board has generally been pretty good since suspension, difficult time for all I appreciate and not been helped by a few idiots trying to scare people with stories about resignations and fraud etc.

But it is helpful and interesting for people to come on and share their researched, factual and honest views be they good or bad, I am happy to read all and then go away and make up my own mind, it is enriching.

I have enjoyed reading Ian's posts and also Gulags so to see this board deteriorate in the last hour or so with others coming in and 'ganging up' is disappointing to say the least and is no different to playground bullying.

Lets please be civil and respectful, and with that in mind I wish to apologise to Lucretius whom I ranted at a few days ago which is out of character for me but was because I felt personally insulted, however I am sorry and will not let it happen again. I hope Lucretius can accept this apology.

Please can we get back to the productive, insightful and often funny posts on here while we wait for whatever happens, remembering of course that absolutely nothing that we say or do will have any consequence to what will happen anyway.

au contraire Bobrad, personally I feel more confident as time passes not less so, I sense many on the BB do also.

If there were an issue 2 weeks is ample time to sort it, communicate via RNS and re list, it is clearly something bigger and more positive. Everything we have heard, read and seen since the suspension has suggested positive news, not one thing, not one, has suggested anything else.

Happy to wait now.

My point was that a few days ago it was attached to the EUA official website and I and others made comment on it because it seemed very positive that it had clearly been placed there post suspension.

Today it is no longer there, that is all, not a deramp, a factual observation.

However a certain other poster seems to think this makes me some sort of 'creep' who ought to be ignored.

Across my posting history I have never gotten personal with people, it is just not what I do, but this particular poster has really p*ssed me off. Fine if you think what I post is rubbish, filter me, I will never know and will never care.

think this was it if it works, it was liked by EUA on Twitter and a few days ago was on their website but is no longer there, at least I cannot see it anymore

my post on the 14th at 9.57am commented on it, the heading is still on the website re the £2m MT etc but there was an attachment report as well which i referred too, that is no longer there!

apologies all, I don't think I meant the ACF report, it was the report suggesting the palladium price was making EUA a £1.5m play - it was there a few days ago and discussed on this forum but has now gone, I think we mentioned that it was interesting that it was posted after the suspension - anyone else remember?

no conspiracy theory, not deramping, I am a LTH but noticed it earlier, could they have been asked to remove it at such a sensitive time?

It did seem odd that it was put up post suspension to be fair.

I get the frustration a little, I get people want to know what is going on, I get it is far from ideal having your money tied up and I get some people are getting a tad excited.

What I don't get is why people write to the company asking for information which they cannot and will not provide, it is a complete waste of your and their time, what do you expect them say, "oh thanks for writing in, yea we are just about to agree a sale of the company for billions of pounds but don't tell anyone yet, you are the first to know, as we have not had time to inform the market, just keep it to yourself for now will you please" - nothing we do or say will either a) change the outcome or b) change the timeline.

As soon as they can release anything at all it will be very carefully RNS'd and then there will be time to digest it prior to a potential re list if that is what happens, probably more likely that it will be a vote however and we may never re list, but whatever, what will be will be.

Great to have the speculation on here and share thoughts and views, but let's leave EUA alone for now, they must be inundated.

belstaff - and to add to that view someone would have had to get the Russian Cadastre (independent expert panel) on side too in order to 'fake' the national records - really not sure this would have been possible to be honest however wild one's conspiracy theories go. The latest update RNS regarding MT is based largely on the Cadastre info as I read it, this is independently assessed and recorded and forms part of the Russian national archive of assets, it would have to be the biggest set up in history and to my mind is therefore highly unlikely.

I believe you are right about the margin thing, it is in the Ts&Cs of such businesses and they can change at any time but often do when shares are suspended it says as much on the IG website

.....and of course the metal prices were very different in Oct lsat year, and the deal he mentions were done some time ago when prices were even lower, very much lower. He does not get drawn into potential numbers for a TO for obvious reasons, however it is really clear that he expects it to be significant talking about historic deals, the scale of the banks involved , the market for the commodity etc etc. He comes across exceptionally well and a very competent, bright and cool customer. He knows what the business has and the strong position they are in (commodity prices, mine potential, licences, open pit, Sinosteel deal until 2027 etc) - and as he says a couple of times, we will not be rushed.

I re watched the interview on Pro Active investors again yesterday, all 30 mins of it, I believe it was last October, anyway it renewed my confidence in this stock and the likelihood of a strong outcome post suspension. During the discussion the £1m investment at 5p per share was mentioned and it was evident from the conversation that he was looking for some considerable increase on that.

I recommend anyone who has not seen the interview to watch it today, and even if you have seen it, watch it again knowing what we know today, you cannot fail to come away from it excited at what could happen here. as is often the case, it is all so obvious in hindsight. GLA

smoke - some of the Board invested huge amounts at 5p already back in 2008, pretty sure they would not accept 5p now, 12 years later and having putting a large part of their career into this company!

............and pretty sure I wouldn't either.

Ragsrob - I cannot imagine we will start to trade again immediately after the issue of the next RNS, more likely it will be an RNS then start to trade the following day, or even more likely an after hours RNS on a Friday with resumption on a Monday.

Time will be provided for investors to understand what is happening prior to re listing, it would awfully unfair if not.

but they are exactly that, rumours, no one knows. Why would some no mark who posts on a web chat forum (no disrespect to any of us here intended) be privy to such highly sensitive information, truth is no one knows, no different from the rumour which suggests a sale at £1.50 per share which is equally mere speculation based on no accurate insight.

as time moves on it is perhaps not surprising that people get the jitters, but we are where we are, nothing we can do except wait and see, likely that we will not get the ridiculous TO many are hoping or wishing for, but remember why you invested in the first case, EUA has a long history, it has not popped up overnight, some form of TO has been muted for months so whatever the trigger, we were always likely to find ourselves in this position at some point, the 'end game' nears, whatever it holds for us and I for one wish everyone invested the best of luck. AIM always throws up surprises, some good, some bad, some great, lets hope it is the latter.

Appreciate there are a few PIs a little concerned here presently, money locked up, unsure of outcome, new to investing etc etc, I remain positive, invested because I was confident in BOD and the business, but it is always a bit of a risk on AIM, just need to take the calculated ones, anyway, if you are a bit concerned, just ask yourself 1 question - knowing what you knew pre suspension, and now knowing what we know post suspension, if you had a 10 minute opportunity to trade 1 more time today when no one else could, would you buy more shares in EUA or would you sell everything you had - I have asked myself this a few times and the answer is always I would buy more, a lot more.......and I already have a good chunk!
