Aubrey - why is it out of the Board’s control?

There is no evidence that this is the case, I have stated previously that I believe this is some how part of a plan, I think the Board actually are in control and know exactly what they are doing and for the moment at least the delay suits.

Following the last RNS which stated that DD was ‘substantially completed,’ I personally believe the new Nomad is already in the bag but for whatever reason, and we could speculate, it suits us to wait, nothing needs to be announced until the signature is on the paper. A previous RNS stated that WHI would help with the handover and for all we know they did just that, why state it In an RNS if it were not the case and we had fallen out with them (WHI signed that RNS off remember).........?

I am not expecting anything until the last minute so believe it could get pretty desperate on this BB by then.

Aubery, I take a slightly different perspective, if this all turns out badly then I would agree, the communications have been poor and that is how it will be perceived, however if this turns out very well then one could argue that their comms have been masterful and totally appropriate, for me it is all about the endgame, people will look back at this situation very differently once the endgame is clear.

As said a number of times before, I remain positive, I think they know exactly what they are doing and why.

Chrisparker1981 - good to hear that remains the case. I spoke to them last week, was tired of all the various shenanigans on here and decided to take bull hunting the horns and call them up. I appreciate they are busy and I knew that I would not hear anything that was not already in public domain, however as I stated on here at the time, I was more interested in seeing if they answered, their tone and perhaps the things they didn’t say as much as what they did.

I cannot recall what was said verbatim, and to be honest would not share publicly if I did, however it was very polite, very positive and I came off the call feeling quite happy.

It would not surprise at all to see this go to the wire, we should probably expect that now, clearly there is good reason but I think it is a positive reason.

or, there was a delay in the flanks license coming through formally and they did not want to announce the new Nomad and re list before they could announce the flanks licence as well, they would only need to formally announce Nomad by 07.00am on the 29th May, so they may as well wait if they believed the extra few weeks would help.....again just a thought, there are so many ways of looking at this.

As I have said before on here, I will remain positive until such time as this is no longer possible, that point has not arrived yet. There really is no point worrying adversely at the moment, too much else to concern ourselves with in the world. GLA

no, I am saying the 'other' information was not yet ready to be RNS'd because the final documents had not been signed, they could delay this signature as long as they wanted to be honest, or until they HAD to issue it ie by 29th May at 07.00am....jsut a thought, this would suit if they are waiting on other news, naughty perhaps but not the worse thing an AIM company would have done and perhaps it suits shareholders better in any case

Appreciate there are 'rules' about these things but we all know they can be manipulated - is it not a realistic scenario that the Nomad has indeed been taken on, just not officially signed on the dotted line so no need to issue RNS as yet, the then 'deliberate delay' being an opportunity for the flanks license to be be officially issued so that all the news can come out together before the need to re list, they must be aware that if we re listed now, just with a Nomad then the shares would likely drop when initially traded........?

I am no expert in warrants, hence asking for someone else to perhaps elaborate, but it is an interesting date to lapse with no news, so worthy of debate I feel.

Do warrants often lapse without them being exercised?
Are you able to exercise if you have insider info on a sale? - I suspect not
Why would you not take up the option?
Is there a more 'negative' aspect to them not being exercised in the is current scenario?

I am think along the lines similar to daviddune, in that if they could realise the warrants surely they would, if they don't then it may very well be because they cannot! if there are discussions afoot regarding a sale then they would not be allowed to exercise would they.....?

A good point - 10m warrants at 1p, no small amount, if this passes without news today then that surely has to be seen positively does it not..........why would you let that opportunity pass you by?

Anyone with greater knowledge able to share more on this scenario?

Aubery - appreciate the point, but my point was rather you would unlikely get to this point with a new Nomad if there were anything untoward, they just would not engage with EUA in the first place.

I think someone mentioned it previously but the point appeared to get lost, however I thought it was very important, the last RNS stated:

"The Company is in advanced discussions with a new Nominated Adviser, which has substantially completed its due diligence procedures and the Company will provide a further update shortly."

'Advanced' discussions, and 'substantially completed its due diligence' - if there were any concerns whatsoever with regards to the operations of the business, would any negotiations with a new Nomad even get this far, it is obvious that we are pretty much just at the signing on the dotted line bit but for whatever reason it suits us to delay it at this juncture until the last possible moment - there could be a few reasons, but we know about the possible sale of MT, and we know about the flanks licence.

I remain patient and positive.

It is quite a bit of cash, but also represents nearly 1.5% of the entire issued stock..........that has to be a little unusual, albeit extremely positive from my perspective.

Anyone tried calling EUA recently, I did this morning, phone answered on 3rd ring and had a brief conversation with someone.

Obviously couldn't say too much but was polite and positive, I think at this moment we should all try and be the same, polite and positive. I came off the call happy enough.

Penguinz, I wrote an email on 5th March and got a response on the 9th March, we have obviously had RNSs since then - the reply I received was as follows (copied and pasted):

"Dear Shareholder,
We can confirm the Company’s share remains in suspension, and cannot comment on the timing of the lifting of that suspension. We acknowledge and thank you for your message, are working actively to resolve the situation and look forward to providing an update in due course.

The Company will update the market when the matter is final and complete.

As we are a relatively small team it is not currently possible to respond to individual messages separately.

Tiddlor- I have to say that is a very strange and inaccurate post.

personally I think the BOD released this earlier to 'calm' nerves as others have suggested. Remember when the conference was ongoing, all sorts of speculation and conspiracy about who was there, if they were there, it was all a scam etc etc....what happened then, out of the blue a picture posted on twitter and everyone calmed down a little.

Obviously there is very little they can officially say presently and we know why, but they of course do review the BBs and will be acutely aware of the angst, hence, in my opinion, a little teaser about WK.

As someone else stated no mention of MT, read into that what you will.

I remain positive until such time as there is no choice.
