Why do you think the share will drop from 7.2p to 1.25p, what is the basis for this suggestion?

Easiest way to think about is that there are circa 3 billion shares in issue (approx), therefore divide whatever value by this number and reduce by 20% (for ownership) - therefore £2b = 0.66p * 0.8 = 53p

Happy to stand corrected if this is wrong, but it is there or thereabouts I think.

been like this a while, so much going on, positive news after positive news yet we struggle to break 2p mark and stay above, my patience has been tested here I can tell you but it is a great business with strong leadership, very communicative, has all the hallmarks of an AIM dream share, just need to wait, it's all we can do and let GB and his team continue to deliver as they are, one day investors will wake up and realise what we have here and I am sure at some point, maybe even now, some bigger businesses will be sniffing round looking for an acquisition. IMO of course.......!

RTN are not going bust in my opinion, they will close a load of stores and then rebuild the portfolio at better sites with cheaper rent. Covid is a useful cover for what was going to happen anyway in my view, they won’t be the only company using the current situation to their advantage.

This will enable them to deliver their aspirations of a leaner more profitable business with far more speed than would have been possible beforehand.

All IMO of course.

There are 34 Nomads on AIM, only 9 I can see deal with 'Industrial metals and mining' - 1 of them is WH Ireland, therefore it would not be too hard to 'guess' who may have been the new Nomad for EUA, I am sure a few of the 8 could have been disregarded quite easily with just a little knowledge of the markets which TW obviously has, like him or loathe him.

Happy that I remained positive over the last few months, suggest people go back and review the ACF report again in light of today's news, seems to read better today than it did previously, and it was pretty conservative, if nothing else it gives a clear indication of what the EUA Board believe we are worth, would they really drop far beneath this valuation should a sale materialise.......? Why would they? It had a 30% reduction for the fact that the flanks approval had not been granted remember, and was based on some fairly lowish precious metal prices.

Think we may be suspended a while longer, but would dearly love to get some monies back now to invest elsewhere, so many opportunities out there everyday........keep well all.

Anyway best bit for me was “further announcement in DUE COURSE” - bet that poor guy in the office answering the phones insisted that they put it in like that! Can just imagine him saying ‘don’t say bloody shortly for gods sake’

Romek - to be clear I am positive about EUA, but I don't think you are correct, where is the report on the Eurasia site.........it was some time ago but I do not think it is there now. I posted a while back just after it had been removed because I noticed it had gone. It is however showing as a retweet on their Twitter account but not their corporate site.

and Tom clearly has no eye for detail as he has made 3 spelling mistakes in the first line..........bloody awful for someone posting publicly, loses any credibility for me if he is so slap dash with his reporting

I can see that you are building a quality business as I am sure many others on here can.

I am happy with my position and fully supportive of what you are doing and how you are doing it. I am sure the wider market will one day see Integumen for what it is.

As I said, I am perhaps more frustrated that presently I am not in a position to invest more, but perhaps that is just being a little greedy.

to be fair Lucretious, we are all idly speculating, it is all we can do at the moment, it actually makes a change for us to be engaging positively and politely this morning, long may that continue, or at least until the 29th...........

whatever happens it will be fascinating to see how this BB 'behaves' at that time, I truly hope it is with thoughtfulness and care whatever the outcome

apologies, nothing to add really just felt the need to post my frustration here. I am a LTH, overall very positive with SKIN, love the science, the opportunity, GB and everything about the company, and I have built a good position here, but the way the share price moves perplexes me so much, am I missing something?

We consistently move in the same area despite news after news after news, the share price was higher when we had no news, staggering really and must frustrate GB just as much.

Despite this, I will remain, I just know if I bailed (and I will not), but if I did, the share price would move up to 3p within a few weeks.........

I think the other reason I am frustrated is that I have little cash presently to top up, and that kills me because I just know there is profit and excitement to be had here.

Oh well, maybe we will get a Covid rise in the weeks ahead.....now that would be fun!

SpikeyJ - I read that that somewhere before as a possible scenario, however where it falls down a bit for me is that in the latest RNS, it states 'advanced negotiations' and 'due diligence substantially completed' - now I know that some companies can exaggerate the truth somewhat but if it were as you say and EUA were not happy to do so, I hardly believe they could say what they did, it would have read more like "we are someway off agreement with our new Nomad as there are some fundamental disagreements............"

I don’t think we have enough information to conclude that the DD has not been completed.

My personal belief is that it has been and the delay is because it suits, we are controlling the timeline. I respect your view that may be different, but neither of us can be sure and my only issue with your posts is that you write them as ‘fact’ when they are not necessarily so.
