the interviewer sounds like he is on some sort of work experience programme, he is awful.......guy from SP Angel can barely hold back his laughter at a few points as the guy bounces around all over the place..................certainly a lesson in how to not conduct an important interview!

I am a reasonable chap and generally respect the views of others, however this bluerill character sounds like a proper sanctimonious little pri*k, suddenly rocking up here after all this time and speaking to people like that is not helpful or in my opinion wanted.

Suggesting the share could re list intraday is also odd, I think that unlikely.

Fredr - with the greatest respect that is a ridiculous post and shows an acute lack of knowledge and ability to read, it also suggests you should not be let loose on the stock market.

On reflection I don't think we can come out of suspension really, there are rules around market volatility - how could the shares be priced based on today's info, prices range from 15p - £1+, it would be chaos and certainly not orderly and most certainly it would not be in the interests of shareholders.

Happy to remain suspended.

It has been well known that the company is 'up for sale' so any interested parties would already have been in communication I would have thought, it seems to me from the statement that NN have perhaps already shown their hand and this is just about making sure there are no final counter offers, a bit like at an auction when the auctioneer says 'all in, fair warned'

Interesting that make comment on the 40m oz whilst also suggesting there is no guarantee that it is economical, however it is there and will have a bearing on the price to some extent one would think.

As already stated the starting point would be the ACF report, can't imagine it will go for less than that, just a case of at what, if any, premium to it. Somewhere between 60p-£1+ would be my guess, big variation but that is where we are.....................wow!

Yet the relationship has not yet been clarified and to do so may break an NDA.

We know NDAs are in place, this may explain the non mention of ‘the banks’ and also the continued suspension.

That said we may be lining up for a further RNS and resumption as things line up.............

Whatever it looks promising.

Happy with that SpikeyJ, I respect your right to have an alternative view and personally it has helped drive my understanding and knowledge. You make me think differently and I like that, it helps me learn.

I think the constant challenge of your thoughts has been over done here and actually your thoughts should be welcomed and respectfully discussed.

Sorry just coming back on house sale example.

Not quite the same as the buyer has already decided to buy, what if a bank said to me ‘hey I see you have a house for sale, we could go and find you a buyer if you like and will get you a great price”. I say “ok, not signing any contract with you but happy for you to try and if you do we can agree what % you want at that point”

Would they not then be working on ‘my behalf’

I just think ‘working on the company’s behalf’ and working ‘directly for the company’ are 2 very different things and may be the cause of the relationship issue we are currently suspended for.

You can work ‘on someone’s behalf’ but not actually work for them.

Maybe they said “happy for you guys to go out there and find a buyer if you like, we are not sighing anything but if you find someone who wants to buy us then yea we could sort something out “

Hence clarifying the relationship was about who the banks were actually working for, the assumption was EUA, but maybe it was someone else..................

SpikeyJ - I take your point and have re read that RNS. Whilst I can understand your view, it can be read differently.

EUA could be working ‘with’ the banks rather than the banks working ‘for’ them.

The clarification issue maybe because to do so would potentially identify a suitor.

I think if you re read the RNS in light of new information you would have to agree it is a possibility.

Alfie - that is a very interesting and good point, a scenario not previously considered I don’t think but fits with the information we do have.

Cebo - 456, apologies missed that post think I was writing when it popped up. Yes the omission of news on suspension was interesting, would not be surprised to see readmission soon just felt like the Board were laying everything out as though they had been asked to do so, it pretty much detailed everything you would need to know before making an investment decision.

Readmission soon I think is a possibility but how do you value them? The share price will be all over the place (in an upwards trajectory).

Shorters getting out, investors getting in, people taking profits and releasing funds. My strategy would be to hold firm and buy on any dips I think!

As you will see from my history I have remained positive here and the RNS this morning further supports my view. I was very pleased with it.

I also posted yesterday about communication from the Board when people were complaining, to my mind they have been very communicative and this is just another example.

The one interesting omission is any mention of the suspension.

I do wonder if perhaps the very detailed RNS is to get everything out there prior to re admission and that we will receive a separate notification shortly about this, just a thought.

Matt007 - can you calm down now and perhaps give some credit to the BOD.

Matt007 - it is not about kissing the BOD's backside, it is about understanding the challenges of AIM investment, shares get suspended, it is part of the 'game' - I think you said you had 6 figures in here so that should be at least 2m shares, if the BOD come back in October with an offer valuing your stake at £1m plus (which is feasible), would you be complaining then at how long it took and that you had not access to your money for a year....? Or will you be praising them for doing an amazing job and making you rich - it will be interesting to see............if you could sell your shares for 7p each today, would you?

Agree GH, I can just imagine we get an RNS later stating that accounts have been delayed etc etc and we would then most likely a string of posts saying 'what was the point in that, we knew that already, what a waste blah blah blah'

I have some sympathy for those that would not have expected to have their money tied up for so long, but if you follow the AIM investment 'golden rules' it really should not be a major issue and to some extent is to be expected, many many AIM shares suspend for various reasons, it is something which needs to be factored in when investing on this market, it is not my only suspended share nor will it be for many others I am sure.

Anyway just to reiterate the comms point, under the circumstances, I am happy with what we have had and what we can get should we take the trouble to write in or phone up - there will be very many companies on AIM where you would not get either a response or a pick up and they are not even suspended...........back to cutting the lawn now!
