Sharebag, been here a while myself too, we know that we have been here before, a rise to 2p then a fall back to the 1.5-1.7p range, HOWEVER, this is now starting to feel different I have to agree, those that have ben here a while appreciate everything this company has to offer and the strong relationship and communication with the GB.

Once we get some numbers alongside all this work that the business has undoubtedly been doing I have every confidence that we could see 3p, maybe even 4p during the year.

This is a long term share for me, have stuck with it and will continue to hold, was hoping I may be able to average down further and build my holding, just a bit gutted that I may now have to average up if I want more......! Nice problem to have though I suppose

not wishing to add really to the situation regarding the RNS this morning, but if you were EUA, and had been made aware of the post, would you perhaps not delay the RNS a few days to ensure it was not seen to be accurate and so cause concerns regarding leaks..........just a thought!

I have been invested a while and built a reasonable 7 figure holding here (in shares not cash!), I take my hat off to GB, so much good news over the last 12 months, clearly a lot of work being done yet still hovering around the 1.5-1.7p area, it must be so frustrating for him and the team.

Keep up the great work and the strong communications with shareholders and I am sure at some point the fundamentals will be recognised for what they are.

wow, that appears to be a change of heart in 24hrs, I remain positive, for me the deluded ones are the people who believed a first time poster promising an RNS on a specific date because they inside information.

Who knows, it may come true later, but I can't imagine any serious investors actually thought that was likely to be true.

There could be a myriad of issues holding this up, Covid 19 being just the latest, but they released an RNS the other day and updated, they didn't really need too as we all knew the situation, so we just wait, patiently, and trust until the point comes when that is no longer deserved, that time for me is not here yet.

I am not so convinced that as soon as a Nomad is appointed we will re list, I am unconvinced that is the reason for the suspension. If it were then why did we not re list when WH Ireland were in place?

Am I wrong? I don’t think they are anything to do with original suspension and until whatever caused that is resolved we will remain suspended - Nomad in place or not!

It could be viewed like that if you favour the negative view point however they have come out and said that they are nearing appointment of a new Nomad and they had no need to actually do that, they have reiterated the point which I don’t think they would have done if they had any intention of not resolving.

Also a valid point raised earlier that a new Nomad at this time will undoubtedly carry out comprehensive DD which should put pay to the rumours and negative slant many on here have been touting.

Personally, I see today’s news and RNS as very positive.

That is a very god point which should not be over looked.

Based on what was stated in the previous RNS, and accepting I am no expert in the rules surrounding such matters, it seems to me that this RNS was probably not actually necessary, I am therefore very heartened that the company decided to issue it and I hope we can take some solace in that.

We have no choice but to trust in them and I intend to do that until circumstances suggest otherwise.

Not averse to paying what I should in taxes, but no point paying was is not required.

wanted to move shares into ISA account but seemingly Halifax have suspended this service for the time being - anyone else have similar issue, appreciate the current situation but I fail to understand how such a service really should be that impacted. I could do it myself by selling, transferring and re buying but that takes time and is very risky of course, I get more and more frustrated with Halifax as each weeks goes by, they are useless! thats fine SpikeyJ, I was merely pointing out that A1ex had clearly misread your post, I didn't see his response earlier retracted his previous post, the capitals were not mean't to define the word more clearly, but merely to highlight the 'will' vs the 'will not'......trust that makes sense.

I have been here a while, reasonable holder but not the volumes some on here own, it has been fascinating seeing the mood change on here from week to week, posters come and go, and all since the suspension, interesting insight into human behaviour.

I am neither hugely positive nor negative, just hopeful that we do not get shafted through some dubious manouverings, I have no reason to believe we will be except experiences from other shares, but since there is very little I can do about it, I wait with a degree of subdued excitement (if there is such a thing)..........GLA

A1EX - actually I think SpikeyJ states they WILL announce a new Nomad, and to his other points I think he may well be correct to be fair, the RNS stated - "Progress is being made on further proposed board changes, including new appointments, with an announcement expected shortly" - this was lining us up for the news that there will be some changes to the Board.........don't you think, so a resignation may be on the cards and it could be for a myriad of reasons before I get called a deramper........!

It probably ain't great that the Nomad resigned, however, they didn't do so with immediate effect, they gave notice and are supposedly 'handing over' so we should, and can, take some comfort in that, maybe some difference of opinion but nothing so bad they thought they had to go straight away, or maybe we wanted to move them on for someone bigger and better and more knowledgeable in the field.......we will find out soon enough I guess.

I also take comfort that the news was released with very much more positive updates across the piece and these should not be overlooked.

to be honest you can read it whichever way you choose to, but I read the 'resolving the situation' element to simply be referring to the share being suspended point as it is in the same sentence, and that is the question I raised with them about suspension, that is the 'situation'
