Mac4671 - personally I don't see that happening, I think it will all be done before any announcement with an outright bid recommended by the BOD and that will be it, if bids are close then surely UBS will be talking to different parties edging it up as required until there is a 'winner' - bit like an auction behind the scenes. That's my view anyway.

I think we all need to calm down, having just caught up from an evening out it feels like many are taking a pot shot at Rowka.

If you follow this board then you will know that I myself have taken issue with Rowka but to be fair he has posted significant information on here that has not been shared by others in months / years and I for one am grateful he is here and sharing what he finds.

None of us knows where this will end but I think we all agree it should be north of where we are now, and if so, we will all be in profit, some huge , some less so, but a great investment nonetheless.

Some think 40p, some believe £4.00, it could be anything in between, it could be no sale at all!

Let's just respect one another's views and trust in the BOD to deliver the best outcome, I think we can all agree that the BOD will ensure the best deal is secured.

Whatever the outcome, I would very much like to meet up with as many investors on here as possible and raise a glass to Dimitry. What has happened here has already changed many lives for the better, in a world of uncertainty we should all be grateful of the role EUA has played in our lives.

We can really only go on what we know and the last information was pretty positive, totally understand the angst setting in here but we can only wait.

I remain hopeful and will do so until officially informed to the contrary.

if, and I say if, that happened, more likely the RNS would say "we have decided not to sell the company at this stage as unfortunately no one could actually afford us, therefore we are going to go it alone and in so doing become one of the largest PGM businesses in the world."

Sure, the share price may drop initially but then it would rise and as has been stated here a number of times, would actually probably be the most lucrative way forward for shareholders.

I just urge anyone who has read 9inch's post to take a quick look at his posting history, go right back through it then draw your own conclusions, I have.

Posted loads on EUA when suspended rubbishing the share at 7p and making accusations which never came to fruition, also appears he is paid to post on NYCT site as there are so many posts there.

Most certainly has an agenda and I would ignore / filter going forward.

on another BB which I dare not mention following posts from earlier......there was a discussion that once a certain point was achieved they would print out a map of the mine area and create a memento, someone was going to get copies done and sent out to those that wanted it.

when this is all over, I reckon I will create myself an EUA collage of licensed mining areas, favourite posts and perhaps even the final RNS, have it all framed up nicely and put it in my office......

if EUA actually have the resources we here believe they do, then I can only imagine the big players like AA would have to be involved in some way for fear of missing out and allowing another company to control the market more easily - I just can't imagine any big player would not at least be running the slide rule over this one!

Rowka - do you think that there are 18 companies who could afford us presently, I am less sure, I think maybe just 6 or so really big players, they would never allow a 'smaller' business to get their hands on us surely?

The 28 day point is interesting though, whenever this process started (which I am sure was before it was officially announced), there would most certainly have been an 'end date' in mind by the BOD, it can't go on forever. I have no real prior knowledge of anything similar (have any of us), but surely they would not want it dragging on indefinitely - maybe 3-6 months tops to get your detailed bids in.....they would likely already have some of the AP info as they started in March I believe and I assume they will have been working flat out since then.

I am not convinced the mining season really comes into it either, anyone buying this is looking to secure the asset and resources for the long term and in so doing control the market to a large degree, they would not need to immediately start getting it out of the ground, I imagine that can wait.

Rowka was not ‘attacked’ at all, a few posters myself included simply asked a few polite questions and he turned rather aggressive and personal.

Rowka did indeed provide some interesting information but was never very clear on what it all mean’t or rather what he was suggesting by it all.

I get that in essence he was saying that EUA are sitting on more PGMs than initially thought however what was behind this suggestion?

We have official RNS detailing our reserves at present which is all we can go off, is he saying these are wrong?, that the BOD have totally miscalculated and we’re not aware of what they were sitting on all this time and Rowka uncovered it all?

Or is he saying we have lied too all this time and are being under valued and subsequently ripped off?

My concern was that so many on here were far too easily swayed by his £3.50 prediction.

Let’s not forget he also suggested he was in Russia touring the site........ and people took him seriously!

I would just have liked him to share a few of his credentials, maybe then I would have been more comfortable with his posts.

And to be clear, I am not trashing the guy at all. I don’t know him and it is not in my nature to do such a thing.

You were the one posting his link and it was you who I replied too and asked for some simple interpretation, which as yet you have failed to provide.

It matters not I guess, we are all hopeful of a good result.

Not jealousy at all, I politely asked him some questions and he replied saying his wife had told him some t*t on here was questioning him. I find that unacceptable to be honest.

He may be a genius, an expert geologist with fantastic contacts in Russian mining I just wanted to know a little more about him so I could determine how seriously to take his comments which to be fair are extraordinary.

He might be right, who knows, I actually hope he is, but presently he seemingly posts lots of pieces of information which to the vast majority of people mean very little but make him look like some sort of mining guru.

I will drop it now, but clearly you do not understand what he is posting either but have become another disciple, I just find that a little concerning.

That is as maybe, except Rowka left here when he started to be questioned and became suddenly quite personally offensive.

I have no idea of his personal expertise and what it is based on, he says he researches, fair enough I guess if one has the time but exactly what all this information mean for EUA is very much open to interpretation.

I cannot see £3.50 being reached here and I feel it dangerous to suggest as a number on here clearly believe his comments on price.

I am positive here, do not have time to google ‘MT’ or any other random Russian mining documents but based on what we actually know and have been told, 60p-£1 is more likely in my mind.

That’s all very interesting I am sure but perhaps in the absence of Rowka himself, who is so clearly an expert here, you could provide a short précis of exactly what all this information actually means.

I am sure I am not alone, I have absolutely no idea but clearly you do.

I am actually very pleased that it has remained in this range for so long and indeed take some comfort in that to be honest.

It almost matters not what the range is at this juncture, however it appears that we are being valued based on the ‘knowns’ presently and that does not include the flanks or anything else yet proved up, therein lies the upside.

That’s the way I see it, am happy enough, and have added several times since re listing.
