Now I may well be looking far to much into this so feel free to ignore or tell me different, however I have compared the Notice of AGM for 2019 and 2020, they are exactly the same save for the addition of the additional Board members requiring re election and the reduction of £1m figure to £250k, other than that - EXACTLY the same, word for word. Now when you get towards the end there is the paragraph detailed below, I have highlighted in capitals the 4 words which have been altered, it is the word 'such' - altered 3 times, removed completely once.

Does this change the sentiment of the paragraph to anyone else or am I being a bit an*l............I do appreciate that at times like these it is possible to read far too much into things but I thought I would highlight anyway, the words have clearly been altered for a reason and on purpose as they are the only ones which have throughout the whole Notice.

Todays RNS:

The power granted by this resolution will expire on the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting (unless renewed, varied or revoked by the Company prior to or on THAT date) save that the Company may, before THIS expiry, make offers or agreements which would or might require equity securities to be allotted after THE expiry and the Directors may allot equity securities in pursuance of any (missing the word 'such') offer or agreement notwithstanding that the power conferred by this resolution has expired.

Last Years AGM notice:

Is the last missing 'such' telling, could just be me.

Well, I have scanned the Articles, boring stuff really but you have to ask, why would you do this now, in the middle of an FSP, if you didn't absolutely need too....

Looks to me as though this is an AGM being arranged (timelines fit) to facilitate the next stage of the sale, whatever that may be. The electronic stuff is a bit of a cover story IMO, maybe something that many more companies will do going forward if not already, but not really the main reason for the meeting, and not so critical in it's own right to require it to be sent out in the middle of the most important time in the company's history - JMO.

Lawyers tidying up paperwork in readiness for everything to run smoothly and allow whatever needs to take place, to take place, simply and easily.

Oh, and the previous post was just in jest!

Can just imagine the BOD, being a little peeved about the flanks 'leak' thought "hey I know, lets make a few changes to the Articles of Association, that will give the bug*ers something to mull over and argue about for a few weeks, should keep them busy and away from the stuff we don't want them messing in"

Apologies I didn’t respond last night to your response to my post, think I posted and then went to bed.

Anyway, yes I think a resource upgrade would enhance the SP but not by the amounts suspected and hoped for here, IMO that will only come when an offer is made. Everyone is waiting for that, until then the SP has a limit based on expectations and risk evaluation. Not forgetting of course so many shares are now held tightly so the market is somewhat stifled.

I think it has been said quite a bit already having caught up on the posts this morning, but I agree with those who believe the RNS was a bit rushed. I don’t think they really expected any investor to find the licence stuff so quickly. The style was so different, perhaps it was determined by where we are in the FSP cycle!

We didn’t even get the generic X million oz stuff which we have always had alongside any flanks RNS, perhaps because that is changing and they are not yet in a position to detail to us.....!

So I also agree with those thinking a second RNS may materialise with resource upgrades and more details on the flanks area.

Whatever happens I am waiting until the end and added again yesterday at 27p.

Fundamentalanalysis - for someone with so many posts who has clearly been around a while, that is perhaps one of the most ridiculous posts I have seen in nearly 10 years on this site.

Forgive me if I am being too simplistic here but if a vastly increased share price is to be reached then there need to be people willing to pay that price.

In my opinion we have so many shares tied up in sticky hands that this doesn’t happen as you may expect.

Who reading this BB would pay 50-60p or indeed more for this share right now even if we believe it is worth it, few if any. So how can it reach that level presently. Maybe the flanks RNS has increased the SP to a much increased value in reality but if there are no investors out there at the moment willing to pay that amount how can it get there?

The vast majority of people willing to invest have a position now, we just have a few speculators willing to take a punt if they have funds, a few holders willing to add on dips and a few holders needing to sell if they get bored or need the funds.

The dynamics are not there presently for a large re rate, it will come only when an offer is made IMO.

Chill out, relax and wait, it’s all we can do.

what a day, not used to that here....took advantage of the dip having considered the feedback to my posts yesterday about feeling bad buying in when the SP had doubled...thanks for that guys, got a few more around 3.8p, fully expected the bounce back at some point but not by the end of the day!

I asked a question previously but remain curious and unsure - I get that Russian Law allows for a company to apply for licences within 5km of their permitted licences etc, but at some point surely you come up against someone else's property, and who owns the land in any case.....we seem to be expanding and expanding which is great but into who's land.....must be owned by someone...?

Am I missing something or asking a daft question, feel free to tell me if I am.

you would have thought on such a big piece of news, the bit everyone has been waiting for that it would have detailed a bit more, or even taken the opportunity to repeat previous info rather than just reference it in old RNS's.....

yes stix40 - certainly had that impression when I read it first thing, much shorter and to the point, no other update at all which we have had recently, very different style of RNS, not sure if we can read anything into that or not, but interesting all the same.

maybe they were not quite ready, maybe they wanted to put it all in one big one but felt compelled to put out something based on 'leak' last night...!

Cheers Countingcards - I too am in the 'other' share, patiently waiting on news. I remain optimistic tbh despite the negativity on that BB recently.

Similarly to you, my current view would be to sell out on return and reinvest more here, just depends a little on what we come out as, don't want to let my eagerness to release funds cost me dearly for not being equally patient there, albeit I think I have been very patient indeed so far!

The patience thing is a key learning though, you see it every day with people getting frustrated after days and weeks of little or no movement in a share ( I myself have been guilty), my investment strategy is certainly maturing. Best of luck over there and of course here, I believe we are in very capable hands with SKIN!
