My view now is that the flanks licence is all but issued, maybe even done and dusted but being 'held' back for the moment, I did consider that perhaps we were having issues getting it and the FSP and involvement of others, particularly NN, was a way to guarantee it being sorted. I know people will say if they have the licence they will have to RNS it....blah blah, but we aal know there are ways to make sure the timing is controlled, particularly in this scenario.

In terms of full sale or assets, I have always believed a full asset sale is the most likely, I don't think the BOD was put together to sell part of the company, and I don't think any of them are minded to continue after the payday they would get. Just my view, I think this is the end of their 25 year journey, and some journey!

I am sure that anyone with any sizeable amount invested here will have read the Annual Report when it was RNS'd.

I sometimes go back over them some weeks later, in light of any 'new' information that may be available and to re read again in detail, it is amazing what you see second and third time around and how it can change in your mind.

I appreciate that the Board would want to get fair value here obviously, however the more I think on it and consider the AP involvement, whatever that actually is, I am starting to believe that they are proving up a very large resource indeed, most likely larger than we have previously thought.

The below statement is in the report and one could initially argue it is an obvious and rather 'meaningless' one, however read in the context of AP and information that has been shared here regarding historical data and the possible resources in our area then it can take on new meaning......

"We have been working hard to establish the value of our projects to ensure that we will achieve value for all our stakeholders".

Personally I am not in the £3.50 camp, much as I would love it, but I do think this could take a few people by surprise and for the life of me I am struggling to see the downside.

Yes, we could receive no offers - very unlikely, we would not have started this off if we had not already had a pretty clear indication that there was going to be an offer and any potential buyer would know ball park what they needed to pay.

Yes we could receive offers which are not acceptable - at this level discussions will have been ongoing for months if not years, companies will know approximately what needs to be offered and this opportunity may not come around again, whoever wins this could 'own' the market for a generation.

Yes, we could walk away, and we mine ourselves, as has been stated on here this could in fact be the most profitable route for shareholders over the longer term, but even though we could do this, and we are set up to do it, nothing has happened to suggest this is realistic or probable.

I had hoped this would be wrapped up in a few weeks when we returned to market, now believe it will be months, that said we will most probably get an RNS in the morning.

What other scenarios have I missed on the downside?

JadeDoctor - I personally believe it is much to do with DD. If you review other FSPs then a similar situation can be seen with them and the issuance of such forms in the run up to the actual offer RNS.

All part of the process as far as I can tell and IMO very positive as it demonstrates movement and progress.

I am actually pleased you are back.

I know I challenged your background previously which I believe I did with courtesy and I was a little disappointed that you resorted to personal insults, however I do find your posts of interest.

Today’s particularly so, it is logical and easy to follow.

For what it is worth I believe you are correct that we have a far bigger resource than we have to date been led to believe. Resources as you know are often played down in the first instance.

It returns me to my question on the flanks, a point I and others have consistently asked and speculated on. What if anything is holding them up, is there some deliberate hold up because the value here has been noticed and the whole matter now is some political and economic game, or have the BOD just played an absolute blinder and have held off sharing the news knowing we have it in the bag.

Would we have entered this stage without the licence, or have we entered this stage to force the licence with the help of a few big hitters?

I am not sure, but once positively clarified we will re rate I have no doubt about it.

Whether we ever get full value for the resources we potentially have remains to be seen!

Chesh, agree with that, but the pressure is on now, much 'hype' and good news, needs to followed up with numbers. As many others have I am sure, I have waited for 2 years with strong news releases followed by strong news releases, PIs coming on here stating that we are just about to come good, we are the 'unnoticed share' etc etc....

I can't pretend to understand every detail of the science and opportunities we have here, none of us can, pre COVID we didn't know there was a need for some of the things we are talking about now, but for me personally the time has come that I need to see actual performance.

I respect GB coming on here and interacting with us, he is rightfully commended for doing so. The next 12 months will be make or break for my investment, I have a 7 figure holding so am passionate that we do well, but there comes a time when you simply have to review your options, that time has not arrived quite yet, but this time next year I hope we are not all still having the same conversations.

Bronxville's views should be welcomed alongside any other views which do not necessarily align to the majority.

Let's remember that the £4m revenue figure was given prior to the situation we now find ourselves in with COVID, so it bl**dy well should be blown out the water, and by some amount IMO!

Anything COVID related that we eventually do manage to commercialise should be on top of the £4m revenue. I, and I am sure many others, are expecting the next couple of sets of numbers to be a significant improvement on the previous ones.

Before anyone accuses me of deramping I am a LTH been around a couple of years here, SP has barely moved except within the 1.5-2.0p range.

I also feel the interest rate is toppy based on the current economic climate.

I suspect the share price will ultimately drop today.

The news flow is good, the marketing is good, the engagement with share holders is good, I have no doubt the team are good, the science is very good, but only when results come out next and we see some financials attached to all this ‘news’ will we truly see the SP move.

I am also a little cynical about companies looking to utilise the Covid angle in as many news releases as possible.

Fine, when there is news related to Covid, scream it from the roof tops, but let’s not just use the words in every release just to add excitement.

Apologies for being a bit negative but as I say I have been here a while, and I get the long game and patience but 2 years is quite patient with little to show. Anyone who had the time to read this BB over the last 2 years will seen we have been here before, lots of new investors all believing we are just about to take off, this far that has not happened, I hope this time is different.

yep, you are right, most certainly open to interpretation, I have looked at it all again and you may well be right.

I didn't appreciate the significance of AP when I first saw this a few weeks ago, they could end playing quite a significant role whomever they are working for.

Is it indeed interesting and I am now starting to think that the AP involvement is perhaps bigger and even more important than any of us initially thought, what’s more perhaps key to the final sale value.

In terms of who they are actually working for I guess it is open to interpretation but did they not release some news stating that they were exciting to be working with EUA alongside a picture of some one from AP with Alexei Boucher? I tend to think it is perhaps us who engaged them to prove up resources and to maximise value.

The longer this goes on and the more we learn, the more I believe that the BOD are managing and controlling this whole process like a grand master chess champion, every move and decision thought through several steps ahead and crafted to deliver the final check mate!

I was disappointed at the weekend that Rowka chose to get a little personal in his insults to myself and others when politely challenged regarding his 'experience'. I would be sorry if he chose not to post again, I know many enjoyed the posts albeit I am sure most (including myself) could make neither head nor tail of them, upshot was though he believes there are far more resources in the ground at MT than have to date been RNS'd and I have to admit he may well be very right in that view.

The AP angle raised by Mac4671 was most interesting and they have obviously been drawn in to this situation to prove up something by either EUA or a possible bidder (most likely EUA I think).

So I for one was actually interested in what Rowka had to say, I just wanted to know a little more about his background so I could perhaps determine a little more how much credence I should give it. Anyone can copy and paste Russian mining documents I guess, but demonstrating what they mean in some more detail and in layman's terms would perhaps be even more helpful.

I was a little concerned that some posters appeared to be holding him up as the resident expert in all things mining and that may be true, but it may not, surely not a big ask to question someone's credentials in these circumstances.

Is he an ex mining professional, working for a large multinational with a unique knowledge of the Russian territories or is he just really good on google and copy and pasting? It makes quite a difference to his posts. As it stands, I am not convinced that he himself understands what the stuff he was posting means.

and just for info, I don't think I am a 't*t.' I am just a PI with an interest in making money on stocks and shares who happened to fall upon EUA last year, I have stayed positive throughout and my posting history will demonstrate this. I remain positive to this day, have added since re listing and not sold a single share, I am in until the end! GLA

jaguarflush - any shares you buy and sell within an ISA are fine and free from tax, however you can only put in £20k per year, if you manage to grow that £20k throughout the course of the year by trading , best of luck and well done!

The flanks have played on my kind too but this BOD is far too experienced to mess this final bit up. They have waited years for this moment, no way, absolutely no way they would have put up the for sale sign without knowing the flanks are in the bag, it would be an error on a huge scale and right at the last minute! Not having that.

It would have easy enough to carry on as per if flanks were still awaited, no one forced us into this position.

That’s my view anyway and why assuming there is no news I will add a few more in the morning once the initial morning flurry has passed.

Not sure I buy the exaggerated SP suggestions either, I have always said somewhere between 60p-£1, but truth is we only have limited information to go off, ie that stated in RNS, I would be prepared to believe that resources may be larger than so far presented, that is very feasible, whether we get the benefit of any such increase in resources remains to be seen, there will be so many shenanigans going on in the background I am sure.

Have to say though that the BOD have played it well from an investor perspective thus far and I have remained confident throughout, even through suspension, had the odd little wobble as I am sure we all did, but have only added since re list and not sold a single one.

As stated earlier, I think the AP angle is very interesting and not sure I had properly considered the implications and importance of that until today. Makes complete sense to eek out every ounce of possible resource before allowing the asset to be valued and sold for a fair price and as we know our Boar are experienced enough to make sure that happens.

Need this to be over soon, is becoming all consuming.....!

Love reading your input but care to enlighten us a little more on your background. You appear very well informed and knowledgeable.

I am sure I speak for many when I say that I would like to know as much about you as you feel able to share on a public forum.

I genuinely had not absorbed the messages from Mac4671 when I last posted about ‘proving up the flanks details’ however on reflection I do think the AP involvement has been a little over looked and a little under mentioned on here previously.

Mac4671 makes a lot of sense about doing everything feasible to get a more accurate view of what we have in the flanks to extract ‘full’ value and the timing of the AP announcement is critical, they are obviously involved. Whether it be arranged by EUA or at the behest of a potential buyer makes no real difference, it is a fundamental part of the sale process, question is how long do they need to do a proper job on it?

This just gets more and more exciting.

You are a bit of an enigma.

Appearing here relatively recently posting very detailed mining and resource information which to the majority of people on here including me actually mean very little and which on the face of it suggest you are very well researched and knowledgeable.

You are suggesting there are far more resources than we have been previously been led to believe based on RNS’s and subsequently suggest a value to the business significantly higher than anyone else.

You are now stating that you are travelling around Russia reviewing sites.

It all seems rather odd you have to admit, are you prepared to just share a little on your background to allow others to determine how much of your posts should be considered realistic?

I am certainly no investing expert but even I can see that this share is about as predictable as any I have seen.

Rise into announcement and small drop immediately after followed by consolidation at a higher level than previous. Has done this for a while now if you just look at the charts.

However, at some point in the future it will break out of this pattern and continue the move up.

I have been adding for a few months now and will continue to do so as funds allow, I am also in the process of converting my holding from my trading account to my ISA and maybe some to my SIPP.

The traders will always come and go. I am sticking with it. Great BB and thanks for the interesting and informative posts.

Thought similarly when I read the RNS to be fair, ‘didn’t we already know that’

I have been in well over a year and have a large holding and continue to remain positive make no mistake but I have previously commented on the ‘marketing spin’ we get here with no fundamental change to SP.

We appear to be good at communicating/ regurgitating messages which have little or no impact at all and can be seen within the SP movement over the last 12 months. Always up to close to 2p then drift back down to the 1.7p mark, it hasn’t really moved for the whole time I have been here.

I hope we do get some news ‘very soon’ on the Covid front and that it is meaningful, the comment at the end of the RNS felt a bit like an attempt / excuse just to mention The C word as it is currently fashionable within the investment world.

I get that Rome wasn’t built in a day and I also understand the need for patience but even LTH are looking for some sort of return after more than 12 months even if it is just on paper.

I will remain invested for the moment but have to be honest I have been looking at other opportunities in recent weeks.
