Prim and Alba I have said in a previous post Prim own 100 shares in Horse Hill Developments and that Alba own 150 shares in Horse Hill Developments. Together Prim & Alba have 25% of Horse Hill Developments. This is important as this combined holding (if they were in a big bed together) would dictate the fate of Horse Hill Development. You have to go back to when Horse Hill Development was incorporated on 10/12/13 and look at who owned all the shares then and how the shares were sold (assuming they were sold) UKOG began with 200 shares and Alba had 50 and Prim always had 100. Over time UKOG acquired another 280 shares (100 then another 180) but here is the thing does UKOG now own more than the 480 shares that we are aware of? We will only know when documents are filled at Companies House. Hello Mrnaddy Prim have 83,333,333 shares in Alba and as far as I am aware there are 2,331,948,268 shares in issue as at 5/12/17 so yes Prim have 3.57% of Alba. With regards to the debate about personal holdings going over 3% I always inform the company by email and then a phone call. On the two occasions this occurred I was informed by email it was HL responsibility. It may be more beneficial for Posters to watch the major shareholders list under AIM Rule 26 on the Prim website. This is where you will find out who owns what as at last update of 31/12/17 when HL said they had 4.46% and this was before I began building my stake in early 2018. Now my shares could have been bought from other HL clients and if so HL will not have crossed and % threshold. As always DYOR RKB

Engage Technology Partners Ltd I like this investment in Engage Technology Partners Ltd. Over the weekend I carried out extensive research on this one investment. I listed all the shareholders, 42 own ordinary shares, total ordinary shares in issue as at 4/07/17 were 780,630 and 9 own A ordinary shares and at the same date there were 284,171. (I also crossed referenced companies and people to see how they are all linked) Then Primorus Investments invest �400,000 on 1/09/17 (so they are not included on the share register as at 4/07/17) what we do not know is how many shares PRIM actually own in Engage. I called Alastair Clayton this morning to enquire how many shares we own and he retrieved the information 26,666 at about �15 a share. I then asked AC if he still held his original holding (In Engage) in a personal capacity and he does. I can now calculate that the total shares in issue when PRIM invested is about 1,000,000 (but this will only be the ordinary shares as the A ordinary shares are held by the movers and shakers) Private Investors are fortunate when the company they are invested in is well connected. We have been informed by the BOD that Engage Technology Partners Ltd is looking to do an IPO on AIM at some point in 2018. As always DYOR RKB

That is good to know that you are also a serious investor. I only came across this company while I was researching MDZ and noticed PRIM. After doing my initial research I knew it was a good one and in particular when a company has no debt, I like that. I need to talk to BOD before I post anything as I have already made a couple of silly errors here and want to ensure what I post is evidenced correctly. RKB

Hello James. It is good to see there are a few of us on this BB who are prepared to put our money on the table. Fortunately when I have gone over 3% I do not have to TR-1 as it is my broker HL who has to advise the company as HL shares are held in a nominee company. I believe PRIM is grossly undervalued and although I may increase my holding I would never go over 3% if I had to TR-1. The reason why? Ok let�s assume you have 2.99% or 83,618,918 shares at some point and then you buy 1 million. You would then have 3.03% and have to declare. The rules are you just have to let the company know (see link below section 37, copyright Thomson Reuters Practical Law) the link has a mine of information for shareholders. Link 37 says when I open it on my iphone (not laptop!) that all you have to do is contact the company and then they must RNS it. You would have 2 days to inform company and company has three days to RNS it. You would not have to inform the company again unless you purchased an additional 27,245,855 shares but on the other hand you would have to let the company know if you sold even 1 million shares and dropped below 3%. Also when there is another placing and you are just over 3% but then drop below 3% (as a result of placing) you have to let the company know. I do not know if this is of any use to you but the one trade of mine not showing on LSE I actually achieved a better price on NEX. I have no idea where HL place the trades and sometimes they flash-up a message to say you saved an extra �xx by trading with HL. It appears I saved �20. It also looks like there was a seller on the bell for 1,045,751. RKB

Hello Fishfaced & Fortknox Again I have to apologise. I am a numbers man and wife is the wordsmith who used to proof-read any financial reports I had to write. I did ask her twice yesterday for the correct spelling and I gave her an example and twice she gave me the incorrect spelling. I have always used �herd� many times in the past and I don�t know why I asked her but I did. There is a Poster called C10 who often used to correct my grammar (often after too much red stuff when spending time away from home on share related business) I also do not like posting directly on BB or posting from my iphone as I notice I make too many silly mistakes. I also like to keep a copy of my Posts (just in case they are deleted by admin) so that I can refer to them if required without have to click on my name or going back through lots of Posts. With regards to HH I don�t know sufficient to add anything. I don�t read the UKOG BB but I do read the HNR BB as I personally hold 370,000 and family another 100,000. There are more knowledgeable Posters on HNR who know their stuff and I am out of my depth there except that I have crunched the numbers and our 0.41% total holding is for the long term as the HNR share price will re-rate when the market allows it. (they do not need the herd) I am happy to provide evidence of all my PRIM purchases if you can email me. For the record I bought on 7 occasions on 2/01/18 a total of 6,750,000 first trade at 9:29am then 9:29am and then 9:30am last trade that day at 14:22. I am not going to see if all that days trades were documented on LSE, you can if you want. Then 3 trades on 4/01/18 total of 2,250,000 and first trade at 8:47am last one 13:38. Then 1,0000,000 on 5/01/18 at 12:34. Then 1 trade on the 9/01/18 of 2,000,000 at 11:15. I have not input yesterday�s trades but I did buy my 8 million but wanted 10 million. I was sitting watching PREM in error, looking at the live price and to buy it was indicating 0.23 and I did not do any deals. Then I realised I was not looking at PRIM so I made my first purchase at 8:13 and then 8:14 both for 2.5 million after trying for 5 million. You can use the above and cross reference my Posting history on the BB. I missed the RNS on Friday, did not know it had came out at 8:02am. I completed my last purchase of 500,000 at 8:16am. If I had seen the correct share at the bell I may have been able to pick-up my 12 million before others had but it was another lesson for me to be more aware when two shares you are invested in with similar id�s then you could buy the wrong share in error. Hello Kitlow, It has been a while, good to see you here. The four part post share I am finished posting there I will not even read the BB daily, will look in once a week. There is a correlation here and with IWG because of Mr H. I think we are grossly undervalued and one day the heard will arrive. I keep going back to the MDZ web-site, the best of any AIM company I know. They offer a product that is in demand and for Mr H to take a 20% position; he is not doing it for charity. I am a little surprised that the BOD has not issued an RNS to say that they have had a conversation with Mr H (assuming that they have had a conversation) Likewise very surprised that we do not know what offer was indicated for IWG by the Canadians. I have my thoughts but no proof and I don�t think I have had any contact with the MDZ BOD (I am talking to a few well connected people and sometimes I can forget whom I have taken a call from) I was even talking to a Broker or CEO when the CLP RNS came out and I missed the spike to top-slice. Trades Information on trades on PRIM will always be distorted. Even todays trades of 17 are not added correctly. We have 12,302,081 buys and 4,295,947 sells but there is a 1,000,000 trade at 16:18 that is in the middle of the spread and not recorded as a buy or a sell so you would think the total shares traded was 16,598,028 but it now looks like 17,598,028 but even that is wrong. In previous Posts we have been informed that PRIM trade on NEX and your missing trades can be found there. For the record there were trades of 5,721,393 so the correct volume today is 23,319,421. You may think the above is a piece of irrelevant information and not even research, so be it. But if you know the correct daily volume and then you see it increase say 10 or 20 fold there is a possibility that the heard are starting to arrive and that could be the information that you require to set possibly limit orders. For the record I do not Post on ADVFN (due to lack of policing and profanity) I only have one ID log-in and it has been the same when I began Posting on LSE. As always DYOR RKB

Hello Keepitreel Yes you are correct I did make a simple arithmetical error and it should have been as you say �600,000. No excuse for getting this simple arithmetic wrong. As for setting myself up as a sage/guru that is not my intention. There is enough money to go round on AIM for everyone if they are not greedy and I have said on other BBs that I aim to remove my original stake and have a free ride as soon as possible. On any AIM share-spike most BODs do a placing and as I only invest in my SIPP I do not take part in mates placings. For anyone here to make money there has to be an almost equal amount of buyers and sellers. If I had not picked up 8 million this morning then do you think the sellers would have achieved the price they did? Likewise when I built up my original 12 million where did I get these shares from? We are well under the radar and this can only improve either by the BOD being proactive in their PR or by posters like yourself, posting. I don�t have a little gang working on my behalf. I don�t pump up and then crash the share price; I always leave some for the next guy or girl. If you were to post a little more that may help but each to their own. I have not (as far as I am aware since last summer) stated an opinion, I let each investor make their own decision. The research that I am prepared to make freely available is a distillation of a large number of RNSs, Annual and Interim Reports, Companies House and Internet Searches. I would not have to post anything if the information that is readily available had already been assimilated by our potential investors but as we all know most do little or no research. Horse Hill Investment We own a share in Horse Hill Developments Ltd (HHD) Primorus have 100 shares in HH (this is 10% of the company) this is evidenced at Companies House and the first mention was on 10/12/14. We can find from annual reports that we first paid �450,000 for 7.5% and then on 19/06/14 we acquire another 2.5% for �150,000. So our initial investment is �500,000. HHD own 65% of PEDL137 and PEDL246. UKOG who own 48% as at 10/12/16 of HHD, say on their web-site that they own 49.9% of HHD (they could have increased their shareholding since 10/12/16 filing at Companies House). Now we know that Primorus own 10% of HHD so they actually own 6.5% in PEDL137 and PEDL246. We can also see that ALBA own 15% of HHD so they own 7.5% of PEDL137 and PEDL246. As Primorus have shares in Alba we in effect have a larger share of PEDL137 and PEDL246. From the annual accounts it can be evidenced that HHD have a loan due to Primorus of �369,000 which increased from �190,000 the previous year (we get paid interest on this loan) This loan will only be repaid when there are revenues flowing from the oil. Other posters will know the potential value of HH from their knowledge from their investments in other associated companies. As always DYOR RKB

Value of Research Before I invest in any company I do extensive research. 2017 was a good year for me and I only made one very poor investment decision. I feel it is only appropriate that I mention this failure as Posters may benefit from my error of judgement. I invested in CHAL in September 2016 and in December 2016 I spoke to the CEO MG (he actually called me) and then I think it was in January 2017 I sold all my shares at a small loss. Then in the early summer I build up a substantial position of almost 5% with an average of about 1.9p (as I thought I had called the bottom) I went to the AGM in Guernsey and then had a three hour breakfast meeting with the CEO in London. I always intended to hold this investment till the NYW turned. My mistake was that I did not take into account the convertible loan notes and the shares in issue went from about 58 million to about 182 million now. I still hold 2 million there and they are well under water and will be retained till the NYW turns. I was more successful with CLP and have a free ride with 4 million shares but my most successful share last year was VELA and being able to take my original �43K + off the table and an additional �33K + and still have 2.5 million shares is an indication of what research can do for your investments. With regards to Primorus Investments I have done extensive research. I have spoken to Alastair Clayton Executive Director earlier this week. I like to have the BODs email and mobile number so that if required I can contact them. I will be posting some of my research over the next few weeks. I will make all my research available to anyone who can find me (not difficult it you DYOR) and only after I have spoken to you on the phone (unless I already know you) PRIM has many similarities to VELA but the one major advantage they have over VELA, CLP or CHAL is that PRIM has no convertible loan notes or Euro Bonds or Loans or debt of any sort.
