With this share it's mainly about 2 things coming in its favour which weren't for the last few years: the price and demand for iron ore and in particular the high grade's ones as we have ( all the research and articles can be found on twitter); second is the big development and investments that are required to get zioc moving to develop its stage one which are showing tangible signs of progress. Like extrader says Zioc is a deal taker not a maker so we're in need of others making the necessary moves. And from this price the risks to our investment is reduced, but patience and a bit of luck could be very rewarding. EPP is a bonus play IMO. Happens then grest if not the main prize is and was always the stage one. Fruits of patience can be sweet.
I've not researched Solg but they did go from around 2p to 30p based on premium placing based on results, but whilst appraising lower placings do take place. As far as Arcm is concerned I feel as a share its less risky than pure speculative explorers. The return on speculate explorers can be huge if they can hit tragert and minimise dilution. Here we have 2 assets that are looking to be sold for which almost can equate to our mcap. Ceo has told us that there are companies looking at it seriously. Yes we should not believe the ceo blindly but it seems there not hyping to do a placing so I feel confident to take his words. The kalaba target, in my opinion opinion, should be treated as a separate resource as it has had drilling done with good results which can be processed and sold and according an article posted here they even maybe interested in upgrading the plant to process 60k of cu pa. So if that happens then that adds revenue but on P/E basis underpins the share price too. And the latest exploration is speculative although with positive soil sampling and if it comes out as they expect /hope for the upside potential could be transformational. So from this slightly derisked position I'm willing to speculate for the future. Good luck all.
Yes sells do impact the sp, but the market makers are more keen on taking the price down after a placement. It's almost with every share nowadays. It will be better to discuss the company's prospects so we can understand our investment cases. How we feel/ or believe the prospects will unfold in what timescales would determine our investment strategy.
It is nearly 3 months since the interim and I think we are due some update regarding progress made by the BOD on Water management and our nitrogen resource. The updates regarding ED is obviously with True. Hoping for some good news on them two.
Fulmar has indicated a very valuable point in that Private investors are just punters and that's the way management will see it too because we don't offer them the financial flexibility of a raise when they need it. But PIs do have certain advantage in that they have far more freedom to be in and out without affecting the share price.
Organising a rights issue is more complicated and tune consuming. A private placement is the quickest route. Nowadays the share price always goes lower than the recent placements, so PIs don't really miss out much. It's possible that NVS was hoping a sale will be concluded but hasn't yet materialised so had to make this Placement. Now that the rainy season is over and we have some additional money we should be busy with drilling and the news should be more frequent. The plant will be up and running soon, can't be later than end of March. And hopefully we'll hear of the sale of non core assets too in the not so distant future. Patience is key along with some good luck in the ground.
The company said that they anticipate 5000 boed initial prodcution which is acheivable at the current managed and controlled output. And they said based on that they expect it to cover their overheads which is used to achieve 3 further potential revenues: Kansas and all that it entails, bearing in mind that nitrogen is a 4 billion industry and cannabis is a multi billion industry set to grow massively DYOR as the company is most excited about this; water management which is producing small revenue now and can potentially grow if the company can acquire further contracts DYOR; the third is WD along with ED which has mixed potential DYOR. if you look into all that's happening and do some wider reading then there's every reason to get excited, just the water resource for shale companies is a multi billion dollar industry. We have potentially billions of barrels of water. So it's reasonable to get excited and that's why the knowledgeable posters are excited by the opportunities created by the company. Bit equally I would say that the company haven't managed to secure deals before like with DTU or helio's 2before that or see a potential opportunity materialise fully so skepticism is fully justified. If you're interested in the company then research it and ignore some of the noise here. There are some good knowledgeable posters here.
Can't believe the two, JJAL and DIAMOND4. The company stated if all went well they would be expecting 5000 boe, so from the current production data do you think that it won't achieve that since they will be increasing the choke size?
Exploration is a risky game and is full of delays as lot of the work is done by others. We are an exploration company and the thing with exploration is high risk high reward game. The analogy of oil is a good one. A small exploration company finds millions of barrels of oil then they've hit the bullseye. In exploration returns you could be looking at gains of 10x to a 100 times if they find rich targets with economic viability. Problem is that it's very rare to get such targets. Our exploration is somewhat less risky but with good potential as our share is underpinned by non core assets which we're divesting from. We have also hit good targets already that can feed the plant and generate small scale income for us. Look at it like this if we stop exploring and just use that money to expand the plant we could be looking at a tidy yearly sum. So we're in a good position to be in. Good luck all.
Very poor form JJAL, just recently said that what subs posted was very good news and it caught you out as you were hoping for sub 10. You became positive now suddenly without a visible reason you've changed negative subtly accusing others of ramping.
I thought D Mata was released by HNR, is that not the case?
Should've gone yourself with your money!
Whilst we would all like to see the SP rise but few milestones have been achieved and some concerns put to bed. We have cash balance and are about to start receiving substantial revenue from end of this month to beginning of January from ED which will be sufficient to meet ALL overheads for 2019. We have revenue from Epiphany units at minimum which can hopefully be scaled. Add to this the nitrogen trial which all the sum is small but the success of the trial can be significant and other deals can me made to with regards to nitrogen. So three revenue steams wich will be cover all overheads and leave some spare with the potential to significantly increase. But most importantly the fear of placing has been taken away so PIs shouldn't be scarmongered with 5p and 8p placing coming ta tics. Hopefully now we can slowly achieve more milestones, increase revunue and hope the sp climbs up slowly.
That's interesting!
I see that hnr have made progress but they've made many mistakes too. Also of note is that they've not managed to really pull off a play and that is instilling fear of failure for the other plays. RP needs to really deliver as we're at the bottom in terms of valuation so the only way should be up and if he can't deliver some commercial success by end of 2019 then should resign.
It's very important to research the company you invest in. We have a diversified portfolio of assets in different places. We have a very clear strategy of realising shareholder value. We are currently funded for our immediate activities We have a very reputable BOD with good links and contacts We have BOD who have skin in the company and have taken shares in lieu of wages. We have BOD who are determined to progress quickly We have asset whose demand is good to strong for future: gold, copper & cobalt. We have had good amounts of gold already. We have had good exploration results at kalaba upto now. We have cu at shallow depths and soft which is cheaper to process. We have a small plant with available cu to process which can hopefully translate to good profit. We have 5 majors looking at zamsort in its data room. We have 2 NDAs for Casa. We have already rejected an offer for sturec due to its low value. We have just carried our airborne survey of full site 1000km2 We have identified next potential drilling sites after kalaba Just what we have here from top of my head. But all from rns, interviews and shareholder call. Good luck all.
