It's a disgrace to deal in the way they are dealing. They have an asset that is flagged as one of the best and strategic, especially for the green economy. They have done extensive work and studies to enhance the project and yet they are raising money at an all time low. They are letting private big investors to load with all the info whilst the retail are kept in the dark. The management should hang its head in shame.

GUIDANT are definitely an invaulable cog in the self driving world and one which is early, unique and test ready. The IPO should show the level of industry interets but also should show future trajectory more clearly as the will have funding available to deploy that. Being a US company will hopefully have a much more favourable listing, valuation and investor base than here. For Tek, don't know how to call it, as it has shown many times that it cannit take advantage of its portfolio companies. You'll see Gross will probably have a free personal stake in the listed companies simply for being the MD here but he can't ever seem to realise any profit or gains for its shareholders. If this guy was shelved, he's out of date and out of flavour, then i presume the share price will react very positively anyway.

No doubt that the glasses are good but it's the commercial traction that is very dubious, also as tek holder our shareholding has been diluted to almost nothing and with lucyd still loss making anticipating further raises it will really wipe off our holding. Unless offcourse our highly paid incompetent and greedy ceo can do something to protect or increase our holding smartly.

Another perennial problem of Tek managemnt is that our shareholidng gets diluted to non-existence after launch even though we bear all the incubation and development costs.

I just hope for once this guy can look after shareholders and pull off a deal that shareholders can benefit from.

Won't be surprised if a certain old greedy guy gets a massive number of shares, just as that greedy old pain got shares in Genip. That leech will continue to rinse this company for his wage and bonus whilst long term shareholders suffer.

Hypethotically yes option 1 and 2 are the same for the buyer if they offer the same output and profits. It doesn't matter what the two put in as they are offering exactly the same. But in real world, whilst an experienced and a lucky explorer may find a good resource, but proving up and the detailed studies still add costs which won't vary much. Also, luckily for zioc the unexplored is also very valuable as it sits with proven resource. So as it's a proven resource, if someone is interested they won't discuss the cost that was sunk in but potential profits they can make and the strategic importance to them. Luckliy for zioc there's huge potential profits and it's resource is being touted as strategic green resource.

I don't think cliff is the right guy for running tek for shareholder value. Before listing companies he sold investors a dream of special divident upon listing, sale or company growth. He has listied three companies out of which two companies are negligible holdings now wharease they listing and had high prices at one time. So shareholders dont see any value at all. He needs to go and someone with a bit more business acumne to lead with incentive to grow. Cliff gets rewarded too easliy so he's not bothered. Look how he got approx 7% genip.

That's never going to happen. The summit will not be able to get close to 2 billion in funding just on offtake and loan. That's a huge amount of money. Even if they retain 50% with funding sorted then that is a massive achievement IMO.

The funding and its breakdown is actually the bigger news there.

Their funding is also a very good sign for us.

This arrogant CEO needs his head checked. He boast about growth but he has been at fault for the decimated share price. Als most significant point is that two of TEK portfolio company are making profit whne tek shareholding has been reduced significantly. Should've preserved ownership and protected SP. PERIOD

I Know and ppareciate those differences. But if you check their history, they've had huge demands which they raised to satisfy previously. They also lauched a new product line and they had demands for which they raised and couldn't do much with.

So that's where the real competence is.

Good update, but these guys seem to mess up and end up placing. The board is incopetent bunch adn they have very easy fall back. They've placed previously with the aim of fulfillling demand. If this bunch is serious and others take them seriosly they should be getting credit facility and that would signal intent, competence and confidence. Afterall they have a very good product and something that is essential need.

We know that multiple strategic partners are interested "Approaches recevied from multiple parties interested in the development of the Zanaga Project". Some are new others are old and also MKs 5 countries visit. Newer mining technologies are being tested which could make the investment case even better. He said the future is going to good for ZIOC so if you believe in what he says and the potential benefit for the strateguc partners then hold tight. We know the NPV, We know theres discussions ongoing, we see that board is interetsed in shares, we see the exitemnet from the CEO.

I think we shareholders should demand more clarity from the zioc board. They have alluded in previous rns that potentail strategic partners will pay for FEED. Also MK mnetioned a timeline of events but the fundinh was not made clear. We have an article that suggests there are strategic partners and a rns refuting any active talk of transactions. So the board need to do a presentation with upto date information and where possible timelines so we can fully understand what is happening.

They need clear communications as to what they really are after and what satge theyre at. If they are strategic partenship discussions then how things will work out in terms of investment and development. It's always a short plan after another without mentioning any financial and startegic outlines.

With the potential reward here If things go well, i think i am prepared to wait. let's not forget it is a very heavy capital expenditure so no one will act in a hurry. The 2 very positives for me is that we have CEO of great skill and reputation talikng and leading the campaign as opposed to Pr person. Secondly, there is no denying that there is huge interest in green steel and zioc has the right stuff.

From the last feasibility study produced the cost of building mine was around 100 million which is cheap for a project of such high NPV. So once the feasibility is out and as long as the economics haven't shifted too much we will have a very attractive mining prospect.

I agree that we need a more dynamic leader to run this ship. Sir Mick hopefully gets that role.

Sold 35% holding at an all time low whilst selling 1 million few weeks back at really low prices. Absolute disaster from management and that's why these aim companies are becoming less investable as its just execs milking the company and the shareholders get nothing back.

Can Cliff explain what is happening here and why?

This management of Tek needs to given the boot, expecially Cliff, tired of this guys incompetence. They sold Bell recently at a low, and few months ago sold bell low too. Shows they are willing to sell shares adn im for that as it allows one to crystalise gains. Is it never a good idea to sell some when the price is good to have some finanacial resicllience? Also when you as a company are cash strapped you should look fo savings, has he ever thought of that? Tek with its producst could've been a very good company if it had someone with good finanacial management. Bell was once at over 130p and lucyd was around 5/6 dollars.

I think the IPO of microsalt will give a good idea of what the future holds for Tek
