...and continuing to surge today, now up another 11p....

I've topped up substantially on this dip, my first top-ups here for a while.

Shore Capital have increased their forecasts for this year to 30th September by 10%, to 6.6p EPS.

Next year's forecast increases by a whopping 16% to 7.8p EPS. There are 1,5p and 2p dividends respectively to look forward to as well.

That's an upcoming P/E of just 10.25 at 80p.

Plus SUR are forecast to have £11.8m net cash at 30th September, rising to £18.4m next September - around 15% of the m/cap.

Plus Shore Capital note that:

- there's explicit talk today of "acquisitive growth opportunities"
- plus organic growth potential in a fragmented market
- their forecasts do not assume any major public sector contract wins

Not to mention the extraordinarily high revenue visibility going forward. And the necessity for SUR's services via regulation and compliance.

It looks a complete and utter bargain imho. Of course nothing's guaranteed in life, but still....

Shore Capital had a fair value above 100p for SUR previously, and that should be reinforced by these results.

H2 appears to generally be much stronger than H1 in EPS terms (perhaps to do with contract renewal dates), so with H1 adjusted EPS up over 70% to 2.3p then there's potential for a decent beat of the forecast 6p EPS this year (last year's split was 1.8p/3.1p). Especially with the lockdown having now ended.

Net cash is up to almost £10m, so good backing for the £132m m/cap.

And most importantly we already have complete security of earnings for the year:

"Order book of GBP371.6m (31 March 2020: GBP323.7m) providing visibility of earnings with circa 99% covered in FY21"

Excellent interim results, and a lovely, positive outlook.

With almost 23p EPS in H1, and particularly with (1) Nuclear recovering in H2 and (2) the J Browne acquisition kicking in, there's a strong likelihood imo that RNWH will beat expectations.

Excellent cash flows too, with net debt stable despite the acquisition consideration, and the interim dividend has been reinstated showing their confidence.

With the Engineering Services order book up almost 13%, I'm extremely confident about RNWH's prospects going forward:

"Trading has started strongly in the second half of the year underpinned by a record order book and we are well positioned to take advantage of the compelling infrastructure-led growth opportunities that will play a key role in the UK's economic recovery."

Yep - now up 3p, and a poster elsewhere has just noted that "SP still looking very strong. With market quote 74-75, one can sell over 50k @ 74.8 currently and buy just 7.5k online".

Nice 2p rise already - but just the start imho.

A reminder of the trading statement - CLX have already confirmed they're trading ahead of expectations:

"As a result of the continued strong performance in the second half of FY21, the Board anticipates revenues for FY21 will be ahead of market expectations. In addition, as a result of lower travel and event costs due to COVID-19 restrictions, higher margins are expected to be achieved in FY21 than would have been anticipated, which will result in the Company's profitability also being ahead of market expectations in FY21.

With the long-term underlying growth drivers continuing, as the market transitions to 5G and the widescale adoption of cloud computing progresses, the Board is confident that while industry spending patterns may normalise in FY22, Calnex is well positioned to deliver its historical growth rates over the long-term. The Group expects to commence FY22 with a healthy order book and intends to provide an update on the outlook for FY22 when it announces its preliminary results for FY21 in late May."

Good to see another $300k of change requests taking 2021 contract revenues to $6.8m already in May - the forecast for the year to December is $7.2m, so there could be a considerable beat coming:

Yep, a very nice move up now - just the start! Loads to go for.

Liberum have raised their target to 650p today (from 560p) per a poster elsewhere. This is quite something - Liberum have been so far behind the curve here as to be not on it at all!

When they initiated coverage they completely misunderstoood RNWH's operating model, comparing it to other riskier contractors and missing/ignoring the risk-averse nature of the business model. Since then they've slowly been catching up and wiseing up, and have begun analysing RNWH as as it should be.

This is the first time their target has ever been ahead of the prevailing share price. There's still more work for them to do, but perhaps at last they and the market are finally catching on to both the potential upside and the limited downside (due to the defensive and repeating nature of the revenues), with the company beginning to be re-rated.

Good to see the price ticking up, and on very healthy volumes yesterday plus almost 300,000 shares traded already today.

Very strong numbers from Geodrill a couple of days ago for their calendar Q1. Their shares were up 16% on the day - hopefully a similar 16% up day coming here too at some point. Here's what Geodrill said:

"Today, I'm pleased to report Q1 was an exceptional quarter. In fact, it was our strongest ever in the history of this company. As reported earlier today, we generated record quarterly annual -- quarterly revenues of $30.7 million, which is a 70% year-over-year increase. We recorded EBITDA of USD 10 million or 33% of revenue, which is a 350% year-over-year increase. We realized strong profitability, significantly increasing net earnings to USD 5.7 million. We generated a return on capital employed at 22% and a return on equity of 17%. We also increased rig utilization to 75%, up from 50% a year ago."

Outlook:
