Is it possible to get rid of this BoD? This output at this POO makes this SP a scandal. I've taken half my chips off the table in the last week. A new CEO would put us in the 400 and 500's.
As a side note: one of the more interesting aspects of this ridiculous soap opera is the absence of some lth'ers who I was not always convinced by. Although firegazer is still here!!
I might be mad but I find YJ reassuring with his train crash humour. I've actually laughed out loud a couple of times. There is obviously a never ending variation of personalities, exposures and situations here so respect to all and let's hope it goes how I think it will.
I think some IOG shareholders forgot bills have to be paid. I am surprised at the size of placing though because it looks like dice rolling from the administrators. The seven on the board of directors are gainfully employed for another six months though. Just screw everyone else.
Debt to market cap ratio is not good. Perhaps if RRE express an interest in another venture then administrators might think again. RRE could genuinely play them off against one another. Wondering who else might consider IOG?
I invested in this company because of a belief in the geology and the leadership of the company. There are god knows how many issues to be dealt with first but if someone deems it wise to keep the company private then that's fine with me. There are some excellent examples of private companies that have become incredibly profitable and looked after their shareholders very nicely. Given Frontera's history and constant battle with emotionally fixated shorters, it is hard to see how Zaza would not be enticed by this thought but... All will become clear.
I think TaffEvans was replying to my post that someone has had removed - why would they do that?! I think it could technically have been removed because I used another stock as an example of how markets get things wrong. So again: lots of smoke and mirrors here in a multitude of ways. But a market thinking a range of 250-300p is fair value is plain wrong and this is about to be corrected, was the gist of my message. Why someone wanted that removed is quite curious as is talking the SP down.
I would have thought that angina was using fairly standard industry benchmarks of 2P reserves x$5. Or looking at annual earnings versus price and comparable companies. These are buyout calculations that are normal. We are at 90% discount because of wars and leadership that has pillaged lthers. With a steady ship of expansion, the sheer resource size will take care of everything. Not fantasy.
Depends on the buyer wanting to announce rather than shareholders discovering via the grapevine. I don't mind lacking sense. I think we're heading for greater production figs rather than sell fwiw.
I'm not sure I want to help people too much with valuing this company. I've got a ballpark figure in my head and will amend as the details come but I do hope I can spend next year's ISA on this as a top up. Relisting is going to be very interesting. An IOG buyout would make it far more difficult for me to put value on but I'd be happy to have that problem.
