1. Have thought for some time that the production rate as it is works fine if cash is redistributed. 2. The monthly payment just received and those outstanding cover the two dividends. We don't need $290 so don't worry about your cash pile (if you are in).
I missed the transcript too. This is a general hatchet job on Frontera- the reporter says Frontera have promised $500m investment in Moldova and $300m in Ukraine and then says Moldova has never been visited by management. The Russian financial analyst says the company is not 'empty' but has significant debt problems. Also claims ownership is unclear etc but that part makes little sense with references to shareholdings and no mention of court cases at that point. The investigation contacts the Ukrainian Energy minister and asks him about the short tender period allowing Frontera to win it - he says it is all above board and Frontera are a serious company. Later on he says an American company, like Frontera, is most welcome in Ukraine and will show the 'occupants' that they are serious about their territory. The inference is clear that Russian activity in disputed areas will be viewed as dangerous. Hence the general anti Frontera vibe throughout.
Hope has an email stating that the SP may soon be dramatically higher and yet has court documents stating Frr is a basket case requiring wrapping up. How does this square up?
My background reading and look at the photos of the personalities involved here has not really lived up to my prejudice. I had a vision of 7 Al Capone's making up Outrider but not so sure. These people all have very high educational backgrounds - whilst Hope still looks slimy on further reading, his wife does not ( along career of nursing). In fact she looks like such an unlikely wife (no disrespect to her!) that I would be surprised if some discovery didn't reveal some Hope liaisons of another sort. Does she even know what has been going on over the last 7 months/years? Julia Ruthven (CFO) and her husband look like a likely bunch but all experienced and clued up form spells with other similar companies. Artem Fokin (yes, really!) left in 2014 - wonder whether he or others could be inclined to testify about Outrider strategies. Loose lips sink ships - we just need to split the pack.

I've googled it myself - are they more visible when there is a short squeeze forcing a buy?! This is way above my station! We must have an expert somewhere.
If it is possible to trace shorts? Can a company make an application or investigate the origin of large scale shorting? I'm assuming brokers and spreadbetters would have to hand over a lot of information which would take a very long time to sift through? Can you tie a knott in a knot?
If I wanted to provide the rope that one required to hang themselves then I would send them on a fundraising mission accompanied by a Private Eye. Then I could give actual details to back up my affidavit that someone had merely 'gone through the motions'. I've only been to the High Court once and that cost me 30,000 pounds for 4 hrs but I had evidence - wouldn't have dreamt of any other scenario.
They are buying and selling instantly. In a share which is going to double or triple in the first hour or two, the bid and ask can be a very long way from one another.
Rookie - I also made the same mistake but corrected it in the last 2 hrs of that last trading day - incredibly lucky. There was still a price gap of about 15p. Gamflins suggestion is a good one if you have enough money available.
You need a bed and ISA which is effectively selling and buying in a controlled way but that would still be tricky with a fast moving price first day back as the gap in prices will effectively incur costs - but so would your tax bill. Depends on if and how you want to bite the bullet.
This divi percentage gets bigger as the price drops. But if II's have lost 8% share value or higher before they have even got there then they should pick up the phone and tell JF what they think about him.
