I've added significantly this morning. I don't think the market has read this carefully enough. I'm expecting figures at the higher end of original expectations and it looks like there is a HH issue to resolve in our favour. I would expect any bid to be a minimum of where we are now so we are in 'free bet' territory. Any newcomers come to the party with the risk removed.

Agree. I'm in till the end now with a good base below. This is like share dealing with a warranty.

My investment decision was based on geology - which TW doesn't understand. It was based on transit issues - which TW doesn't understand and geopolitics which TW doesn't get. The size of my investment was proportioned according to the finances of the company which unfortunately were not fully revealed and are a valid argument for some but not how they presented on the bb. The other TW stuff about fraud was noise - I'd actually like to see litigation towards TW, preferably by the FCA or SEC in that regard and dismissal of the super major claim by TW is also now proved to be wrong.
The fact that this company is alive at this juncture and has the board vouching for its solvency is the only evidence that exists, as far as I know, that the dream of a golden era is still alive. I can't find that evidence in video but I guess you didn't mean that.
I've got other guesses about a multitude of issues but they are guesses. It is the evidence of a pulse that keeps the shorters coming back here.

Star is not just about the message, it's all about timing - this story has gone on long enough that he hopes people have lost the context. Docs came shortly after TW claimed FCA investigation. 'Game over' came after TW offered 0.06p to exit his short. The shareholding and short theory seems plausible as does madp's.

The Georgian govt have definitely read the mortgage stipulations. They know which outcome maximises govt income and they will be trying to get there. Is there a legal solution though?

If Zaza is confident of his fiduciary case, and he has said he is, then I see no way out of a full set of court cases.
If he has knowledge, which was intimated in one of the court documents along the lines of "not wishing to disclose" then this must be very frustrating for him. In his mind, a Director working against the company is now suing for half the shares he has as he works to save it. Ofcourse what's in his mind needs to be true. Not sure I've read any sympathy to this, more of a "that's Zaza's problem". Are we aligned or not?
