Zaza - go for it. This is not pleasant but I'm strangely feeling okay about it.

Looks like people have got understandably upset about this RNS but really... It was the 23rd and 24th Dec that was shocking. The last month has been time to take stock. There is nothing shocking in delisting unless you are deeply in denial, can't read a YJ post or two, or are just a shorter trying to get a pay out. Good luck Zaza and I hope 'grow' means oil.

Anybody who thinks that they are so interesting that they are providing 'food for thought' has to be a t##sser.

I look at gas and oil prices each day and then the SP. The first two will take care of the SP sooner or later. Everyday that goes past at these levels is building cash and getting us closer to another rns update which will spell it out for those who don't know our position. It's very unfortunate that I don't have more money to invest.. But that's the story of mine and many other people's lives.

There is a new corporate action delisting from ii today. We did know it was coming. It says they may be able to issue me with a share certificate - will ring them next week.

I'm sympathetic to all existing and ex long holders here. I still hope this company recovers for the sake of SH ers and for the wider benefits too including environmental and employment. I've said it multiple times but I'll say it once more - this Bb was outrageous quite frequently in terms of the verbal bullying. It was beyond a simple difference of opinion. I think there is quite a list of people who should be investigated including a coordinated group of posters. If you ever read Dr Maccers replies carefully he always found a way to avoid answering a question about him shorting the stock and his affiliation with the company. I'm still shocked to see that various share pickers are recommending AEG on nothing more knowledgeable than a bargain price. It's as though there aren't any elephants in the room even now. Aim is a mess and it desperately needs sorting out so London can continue to lead in company financing and to stop feeding the leeches that just take and demolish.

I thought AAOG and ANGS took the aim biscuit this week along with the bizarre Lord Lucan twist but it continues today. The update could only ever have sent the SP down and the timing of the Rowan release is bizarre. I have very deep suspicions that all sorts made money as the SP declined including Dr M but really...this reeks.

Should be investigated.

Crustyballs: I have an opinion on one of the shares you own but it won't do anyone any favours in expressing it. I hope you can understand that and wish all the other shareholders the best anyhow.

In an otherwise alarming set of documents the most reassuring section I found was when SN said that SH had gone through the motions of trying to help find funding. I thought why would they send him on a finance trip? Ah! I hope the rest of what I imagined will be discovered in the course of time.

Cascading litigation mentioned in the SN affidavit and I can think of a few avenues for that in both directions if you understand my meaning. A finding/verdict in court opens those avenues to an extent that an orderly queue would form to collect lost monies on the back of any judgement. An oocs would make those secondary claims very difficult/impossible. It requires major banging of heads and a few phone calls from the Georgian government but it should never have got to this position.

1. The injunction staying in place cannot be more crucial - I’m concerned at how that looked panicked.
2. I believe something is missing here and I sincerely hope it is an incriminating email or two as I thought from the off. Not sure if discovery could have got them over the finish line.

The affidavit says there were no funds available. I would like emails confirming Hopes position along the lines of 'to confirm yesterday's position where you rejected Zaza's offer' etc etc. Frontera have been very sharp on legal positions before and I can only assume that they have been here.

What documents relate to the 10 day period? Had Hope gone AWOL in order to get to the 10th Oct finish line and then reappeared as the clock ticked round? We need more info here.

For several hours, the company was completely exposed. The position is far more secure in a courtroom with evidences and witnesses and even historical contexts. Are there other affidavits?

I'm so sorry. I was educated in economics and geography and that education led me to the difficult decision that we were better to leave the EU in order to resolve the issues that the country and the EU faced, and to build upon the opportunities. I could write several books on building my argument but that has gone. For the first time, and to your clear irritation at the result, we are fighting for a democratic verdict to be enacted. The EU does have a history of aligning with governments in forcing numerous votes to get the right result though. All the best in Thailand, where day to day realities of life in the UK along with those of 'retireby40'! are probably not so obvious.

It had a turnout of 72.3% (narrowly missing the highest ever) and the fact that people still have to predictably argue for that result to stand is a democratic disgrace in itself.
