In July this year, the Company completed a small fundraise, £200,000 in total, which was subscribed by an institutional investor, myself and Mr. Hainsworth. In line with the commitment made following the last Annual General Meeting, a further £50,000 was raised through a fully subscribed WRAP Retail Offer made to existing shareholders. Both myself and Mr Hainsworth are pleased to continue our financial support for the Company as we believe that the Company's assets are substantially undervalued by the market and that the patience of shareholders will be rewarded.

so I did get the retail offer through my broker.

Also note there there are no more convertible options so Net Zero can no longer trash the share price.

I still maintain that the dirt in the ground with a mining permit is worth at least 50c a ton to load it up ..

We all know that AIM is "Very High Risk" so just let us gamble in peace.

I like this share, I liked it five years ago, and I still do, still accumulating in high risk explorers and R&D, some go down, some skyrocket.

Quite simply don't gamble what you cannot afford to lose, get off your arse and go outside ad enjoy life, this is just a place for spare cash - if you have it - if you don't have the money go home or go for a walk.

The Iron prices will fall when Ukraine finally sells all the scrap metal which has been driven into their country.

That's about 6500 Tanks, thousands of military transport vehicles, though the Ore might be easier to process, and collect.

As for Silver - it will always be a favourite for coins and tokens.

To raise funds you need to offer the new investors the current market price less the dilution percentage - hence 17%

We are still above the placement price, and still trading.

I am slightly disappointed that I missed the 0.011p price of a few weeks ago - nut as I am still making cash elsewhere this is just a fund of surplus, all be it somewhat diminished, but now I feel also that with funding for our tiny operations is in place, and with such massive resources in the portfolio we will progress.

Either way I haven't put anything other than spare cash in here, so however big or small my secondary spare cash pile is does not matter, I will just keep topping up my cash ISA with this and UFO.

PC will keep his poker face, and he knows not to fold.

Maybe next year we can all party in a Swiss resort. (its much more expensive than the carribean ..)

I received notification of the offer , had been waiting for the price to drop to 0.01 tho - which never happened ..

so it was not just to friends and family :)

Even so, its cash to keep the wheels turning as the portfolio grows.

Well just look at the Overprivileged posters here. Its only cash, you had it, you spent it, 75% of people on this planet do not have enough to pay their rent or feed themselves.

Remember - we are the lucky ones, we have the resources, and spare cash to throw at a minnow of a company, and its probably tax deductable too.

I wish those who complain endlessly could see themselves for what they are.

We have it all, homes, food and money to burn, yet still some expect more, believe they are entitled to more, and post endless abuse because they are not getting more.

Such greed, lack of empathy, lack of respect, how can they walk tall with such a mind ?

Be most grateful that we own shares is such massive resources, which will eventually come good.

I still top up here regularly - with some spare cash - with gratitude that PC has the inner strength to hold and not fold, thankful that TYM has the capability to progress our projects and does so without a cash burden - being paid only on shares.

When you see past your own personal greed and indignation perhaps you will see the real value here.

I admire the strength and courage and conviction that the Sepiolite project is being progressed despite setbacks, and not abandoned at the hurdles.

There is so much here on the books, PC is working on his pension - and mine, and I continue to wish him well as our future wealth is bound together in this portfolio. If you dont like the show you are free to leave, and leave us to work and progress.

Cheap as chips - cheaper even as chips are no longer cheap - unlike the shares here.

So grateful for being alive here, breathing and with a big chunk of value.

I have all that I need, so you wont hear me complain because my greed is not satiated.

I can wait - till it turns round or gets sold to a new investor who can bring maximum value - because the value is there, its just biding its time ..

Been here before, sold at 6p, bought back in at 0.07.

Its a long game, traders are taking profits as they must.

Investors have an opportunity if prepared to sit and wait.

I cannot buy silver at auction any more - prices are pushing to retail, demand is strong.

Everyone loves a bargain.

Think on this, net zero have options at 0.01p which they will use and promptly sell their shares for cash.

If someone wants to check when these will expire then realise why nothing is being done about the SP just now, we have to sit out net zero first ..

I did previously post the tactics employed by "American" business :- Run the small firms into the ground and hope to pick up the pieces from the receiver for 1c in the $ - so it looks like this is happening as expected.

Given the awful deal with net zero, PC is sat on his hands till they are gone - as I would too.

Remember that we have assets, a fully permitted mine, and no debt, so sit on your hands and wait till we hit 0.01p a share - then load up all of the net zero sells.

=> Net zero probably ... worst business deal ever ... but the assets ?? I will sit on my hands a bit longer before I double my holding - when net-zero are gone .. I am sitting on a few years of smoking money here and not ready to burn out yet ..

TYM do all the work for SRES, and get paid in shares.

I expect the new MD will be looking to make use of the assets and resources available in SRES.

Like a stamp collector tries to fill an album with treasures one at a time, this collection of assets which we call "portfolio" serves the same purpose. We have this portfolio of assets, all up for sale but with "SG pricetags" waiting for their prospective buyers to make a sensible offer.

So if you ever had such a collection, you will have built this from assets and not from debt, and here we see the conversion of any revenues into assets by exploration, which then become the portfolio.

So now I am semi retired I am selling my stamp collection, it takes up too much space but not so much as a friend who has several rooms for his stamps. I will seek to maximise the revenues from every sale now, but also as disposal I must clear cheaper assets to whoever will take them, but for over twenty years I only sold trash for cash to keep trading.

So here we have a "Geological" collector wholly immersed in the world of rocks, making a portfolio of desirable and saleable assets, pinning a price tag on each one hoping for top dollar. There are no new sepiolite deposits being made, as there are also no new pozzolan deposits being made in Nevada, so these are rare limited assets so sooner or later someone will come banging on the door for them, and all we have to do is wait.

I am still happy to spend my "whisky money" here because its spare cash which I don't need right now and I have every confidence that we will improve, and at 10% of where the price should be its just an absolute bargain here.

But sometimes just here for the ride.
