Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
1) Most big business is completely unethical, so if there is a large CMRC in negotiatons, they will string PC along indefinately until the firm is near collapse before making a low ball offer.
2) On the other hand, if PC begins the process of independent marketing and shows some signs of success, and cutting out the CMRC, then they will rush in with a half decent offer.
Meanwhile the best route is in fact to further progress other projects so that scenario 1) does not happen. and negotiations can be from a position of strength.
buy the dips ..
Good points in that post, especially "has conducted thousands of tests over 6+ years to identify and prove the efficacy of our natural pozzolans for concrete additives."
So six years of R&D to prove the product, and now the big players know that it works, so how much for this 18 Million Ton sideshow ... currently under $1 a ton and with some gold and copper thrown in ..
If anyone wants to see what Q computers are trying to do look here :-

We cracked the SHA256 years ago - its in the stats
Easter Hols = No News
and we need to wait for the trolls to sell up and move on before the SP will move properly.
Look I have "Strong Smell" selected ...
News in May - Maybe .. cant fly - cant do deals .. talk yes - deals no .. no handshake = no deal as it needs face time .. and lawyers ...
Clearly a hidden agenda in constantly trolling this board with their toxic attitude.
Some people have nothing better to do.
Without Covid restrictions, and ongoing travel restrictions, we could have expected faster results, and faster progress, but these are difficult times, and any progress is good.
The core products are solid green futures products, and there is only one way that this goes from here, and if the share price dips, I too will be picking up more, as already its a bargain, though it has been slow to get moving properly.
but the trolls will all soon be back again ..
Last time I bought in was at 0.7, I don't think we will see that again, but I have funds ready if we do .. or even get close
It does look like turning back up again now.
So we have 18 Million tons of dirt with a 20 year mining permit at $100/Ton = $1.8Bn
so that would make $90 Million a year revenues at todays gate prices on average - for 20 years
and assuming that we can dig a half ton scoop for under $10, that makes our margins about 75 Million a year
so really at £9Mil MCAP we are seriously undervalued
so I really cannot understand all the gripers and grumblers here, just get up and have a walk about - drink some coffee
even at 10 times this MCAP we would be undervalued in production.
Plus we have all the other "worthless" projects in Gold, Copper, etc
so if you don't like it - sell up and get out, and take your endless whining elsewhere ..
