sold all mine, last week, so I could buy something with promise,
spent days scouring AIM for something which had a good upside potential,
I would recommend AIM:VELA as a good long term punt, so bought them for my ISA .
only lost fifty quid in the process ...

managed to sell all my AIM investments except this one (just sold a portion here ) with a very small loss of capital, so now I have to wait for settlement on Monday to transfer funds to ISA, then I wont get caught out by any sudden movement.
Monday I start with a clean sheet, so will take a fresh look at the board ..

given the limited liquidity

If I sell first, the price may fall and be cheaper to buy back.
If I buy first, the price may rise but I may not be able to sell all my main holding ..
