Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
Really at below 4p this is a steal, just wonder who they might find as CEO as its quite specialist.
This is my fourth time back in here, having sold at the top three times already ;)
Back to 6p soon without any news ... and with news - who knows ..
Not a bad deal at all.
£5K fee for a £200K directors loan is not a bad deal, nor is the warrants at 50% above todays prices.
Consider that they had simply issued themselves shares for £200K cash at todays mid price that would be 22 Million new shares, which if sold at 1.5p would make the two directors £100K profit.
Also they have avoided needing cash from a bank or other loan facility, and it shows their commitment to keeping the ball rolling.
Great news, fair deal, and I am adding now ..
well at least selling from the trading account to transfer to ISA at these prices is a little better, with less CGT liability, and maybe another sell will dip the price more for the buyback ...
will just go find my spare boots now as the others are all full ...
I could say that we should never listen to any advice from you, but as the market as a whole has been very volatile these past two weeks, I am not surprised.
I do hope your portfoliio makes a good recovery in the new year ;)
Warrants are issued and are like "Buy Options" - so if you do a deal for shares as a major investor or as part of a general fundraise, then there may be warrants issued as well as the shares you receive, warrants may also be issued as director or staff bonuses. The deal for these warrants was done a long time ago, as a promise of shares at a fixed price in the future. So these options were taken up, and the warrants cancelled. Its not a new deal, just the closure of an old deal. Always good to get cash in the bank.
that PC was probably given the heads up by CRMC CEO that they will be wanting more than SRES can produce short term, hence the rapid expansion of claims and exploration which PC and TYM can progress rapidly to mine plan and permitting without CRMC having to hire their own team.
