10 years is still a baby in branding terms, and the primary investor is long term (Rothschild) so don't panic about not sold - who would the customers be ?
Diagio ? any more suggestions ? and who is in the market for buying ? Kraft-Premier ?
Blackwoods is well established here, its just not "Boutique" as the trend is just now.
My chart says its at the bottom of the price curve, but may not move for 6 months, watch and wait, maybe a small punt here and there when something spills over. At least they survived lockdown by making hand sanitiser ..
Best option now would be to put SR Mining up for sale as a fully permitted mine, and keep everything else.
$20 Mil would be a good return, pay us all a dividend, and get back to exploration.
Anything more is a bonus - let the CMRC's run it all themselves but what can we really get for a price ? $30 Mil or $40 maybe ??
sold all mine to buy SRES today ..
well if I had 5 mil in my back pocket, I would scoop this up, and make retail/trade products ASAP, perlite fetches over $200/Ton retail, pozz ?? who knows, but 18.5 Million Tons at $100 a ton at mine gate makes this ripe for picking up.
Even after costs its ready to roll, even dumping it cheap at $50 a ton will make $150 Mil profit.
Still sat on my hands and adding when I can here ..
when the Russian investors have sold and bout bitcoin it will make a recovery.
Barratt are to face class action over pollution from their sites allowing building materials to blow into countryside causin massive pollution incidents in Scotland.

The situation here is that if you are smoking in front of the cops they may suggest that you don't do that in front of them as they already have too much paperwork and summary courts are very busy. Summary courts are a penal system whereby you will be automatically convicted and fined by a sheriff and no court records are kept and no appeals are possible. (tie me kangaroo down sport!)
If you are selling it then you may get into trouble, but no-one is "Stopped and Searched" on the streets specifically for cannabis, but if you are causing a disturbance you may be arrested and charged with posession.
Cultivation other than for personal use (3 plants) will be persued by the home office, plantations are regularly destroyed here.
There is a mechanism whereby medical cannabis is available in Scotland in special cases.
The focus is on disrupting supply of more dangerous substances whilst upholding a degree of personal choice and the illusion of freedom.
Following recent storms, thousands of homes with smart meters were without power for up to a week as smart meters failed, and did not restore power when the grid came back on. This is a very serious issue which needs urgent attention.
They may not have been ours but there has not been proper reporting.
THe housing market is over inflated, the economy is strangled by high rents, higher interest rates will help to throttle soaring prices as businesses are locked into fixed rentals on terrible terms, together with inflation at 20% (real terms). In a boom and bust economy - which we have, we need the crash to give the next generation a chance. Bring it on. Business will survive but the dinosaurs will die as they cannot evolve fast enough.
But I did sell most of my holding at 27p, so I am now on a free ride here.
You just cannot beat profit with no risk.
End of January is Quarterly Rent for many businesses, so Jan sell off was expected as small private co directors raise cash to stay afloat - often raiding their own portfolios to fund their businesses.
Personally I keep enough cash in reserve to pay a years rent if needed without raiding working capital.
There has been a long history of board conflicts between Ecotricity and Good energy, and as a previous investor I am once again taking an interest ..
Yes it was probably good to dispose of generation assets at a premium, no it was not god to do so before the GM, but the gamble is that the wholesale price will fall faster than the cash burn will diminish the benefits. The wholesale price may not in fact fall very fast at all.
BUT if these funds are now used to build profitable "Off the grid" generation and charge stations, ahead of the curve, to meet the needs of ever growing numbers of EV on the roads, then there is still a good business, but the challenge here is to actually stay in business during this "Energy Famine", and with the retail market cap below wholesale costs how long can the firm survive.
I am sitting here along with my fellow "Gyps" (vultures), waiting for the share price to bottom out before piling back in again.
So the choice is either to sell and wait to buy back, or just wait. We could see £1 or even 70p before any upwards movement.
either way if you dump your shares cheap, the buyers will pick them up sooner or later and hope for profits.
so as you have used the bank as a broker, and in EU, GDPR requires your consent for the bank to share your information with PHE, and PHE Need to have your address for mailing shareholder information, and their own records, as for example if you were to hold over 3% of the company they would have to make a statutory declaration. Also in the future they may mail you dividend cheques.
