Unfortunately, the reality is that this has all the portents of another AIM calamity - along with Bellzone, African Minerals, Beacon Hill and Oxus...to name a few.

I think we had probably hit a brick wall in the summer and DG were brought in as a last resort, hence the substantial remuneration, which may, of course, be worthless.

Michael Tang is in a bit of a quandary.
Normal AIM resource stock performance and the directors would usually keep talking and drum up some ridiculous plan involving yes....a rights issue or similar cash raising course of action.
Initially, I thought hugely discounted maybe as low as 100 million shares at 5p - raise five million quid to pay salaries and expenses for next two years.
But, he has been paying everyone in shares and that would leave holders heading for the exit and 'promised suppliers' not impressed.
Who would buy them ?? We are all a bit too worldly-wise with that level of dilution, even at 5p, would be money wasted and I would just cash up and go.
Last little cash raising escapade was a 'success' - sold at 32p and currently worth 130.
Be interesting to see what he does....he needs a good story.

Same story with the Padma Bridge, the power stations at Cox;s Bazaar - all mired in incompetence, questionable tendering and the blame game.

Good news about the filtration plant(s), was only reading yesterday that on one river which winds its way through Dhaka, the residents and local businesses chuck in 4500 tonnes of toxic rubbish each day.....yes 'each day'. No idea how they measure that quantity of pollution but the river is completely subsumed by rubbish, you cannot see the water...…..unbelievable.

...we have simply reached an impasse and nothing is happening, hence the DG involvement to try and get things moving. Don't forget, discussions have been going on to develop Phulbari for fifteen years and while there is plenty of background noise, nothing concrete has actually happened - ever.

...we just need her to turn up and do a duet with Hasina and we will all be stuffed. For all the Flat Earth Society members, climate change is happening and we need the Chinese to 'rail-road' this project through as soon as possible. No new branch of the Dhaka Extinction Rebellion lot is needed right now.
For me, this has all the signs of imminent demise, running out of cash, dithering government and a Chinese powerhouse behind us, who could simply lose interest and move on.
Could this roll on into 2020, undoubtedly, but we may see a single digit share price by then.

Good article GP and there are certainly some substantial projects going on in Bangla funded by the Chinese.
Does make you wonder what is needed at our end to get Phulbari underway.

I see that Bangla has one of the largest brothels on this planet up the road from Dhaka - all that grunting and groaning should produce enough steam to drive a couple of turbine generators to help with the power outages.
