The area where the water gets a bit murky is with Dyani, though DG as lobbyists, was probably a good move.
I would suggest we are fairly near the endgame now, the Coal Conference will enable the Energy Ministry to announce the intended project to the world.
I agree with Marv, there was no-way we could have a platform there without pre-empting the GofB announcement, if there was to be one.
If it all fails and the plan is rejected, I would think the Licence to Mine will have little value without a permit and would probably revert to the sovereign state, ie. Bangladesh.
Hang in there another 30 days - it's not lost yet.
