Quint - Others in the mining space have done far better than they did. It wasn't circumstances fault! It was simply a poor choice of investment. Certainly not going to congratulate them for it! If anything I'd want to know how they got it so badly wrong. However it's best to move on rather than dwell on it.

Yeah, good riddance, at least they got something back, but a very poor return and choice of investment.

As for being panicked. That makes no sense. If I was betting on this to go down. Which I’m not. The trading towards the close would suggest that’s still quite likely. It doesn’t bother me. As I said previously this appears to regularly swing up and down within a trend channel and going down a penny or two doesn’t matter much to me.

I didn’t say they weren’t. Maybe they will. I said that page is zero indication of that. Which it is. That’s not panicking it’s just correcting the guff which is regularly posted on here. It’s unnecessary.

Regardless of whether they've made any preparations to list properly on the Nasdaq there's no "may" about it.

You've posted a link to a page which is simply there because they're trading OTC. The same as it is there with loads of other companies that are trading OTC.

I'm kind of glad (in a slightly mean-spirited way).....as I'd rather just see the long term holders benefit from some massive news (if it comes) rather than the short term chancers ;)

Whilst picking through the bones of that article, for anything interesting / implied, it led to me coming across the following research, whilst doing some Googling. The takeaway from it, and only reference to SNG, is this:
"In 2019, ONLY ONE phase 2 trial with an inhaled anti-infectious protein therapeutics is still ongoing (NCT03570359) assessing the efficacy of topical lung delivery of IFN-ß1a (SNG001, Synairgen/Astrazeneca), as an immunostimulant to treat COPD exacerbations."

We already know the initial indications from the trial are looking good, from earlier in the year, and the rest of the article just spells out why it's such a big market and desirable.

Think you need to get some other investments wadnob to keep you interested instead of spamming old news over and over in quiet periods!

I think this may be a good thing.
On various shares I've seen large sells precede large rises.
In those instances it's been because it's at the conclusion of a large seller and then the price rises back up significantly.
Other times I've seen large trades barely affect the market and seem to be some kind of "on-market transfer" rather than a "buy" or a "sell".
Put it this way, if you tried to sell 1m worth, most of time you'd get a quote of "feck off", or a stupidly discounted price because there wasn't the orders available to take it.
So, assuming it's not some kind of on-market-transfer, what does that sell mean:
1) The brokers/MMs have suddenly decided they want to buy up millions of shares at zero discount for the huge size (that wouldn't make any sense at all - barring them having inside info and exploiting it too obviously - so extremely unlikely)
2) Therefore if the brokers/MMs haven't taken it.....then it means someone else has/is. So in fact the large sell may well indicate the arrival of a large buyer who wants to get in before news.

If we're really lucky, Woodford's stake gets bought prior to any of that, and the free float could be virtually zero.

Was reading the Bell Potter recent analysis on Pharmaxis.
They repeatedly stress they're going for conservative assumptions and estimate the LOXL2 deal at $700m USD and $50m upfront.
17% of that would be massive for this and the SNG share of the upfront payment alone could be more than the entire current market cap!
Then SNG001 to come in and blow the bl00dy doors off ;)

With sells having just gone through at 7.87p, I'll stick with my viewpoint, but if you're right I won't complain ;)

Well some of the ones listed on this site are, that's true, as for no explicable reason it judges trades in the exact middle of the spread as a sell ;)
Although if you tot up the trades there's still been slightly more sells than buys.

It's regularly zigzagged up and down within trend channels. Seems to be in a gradual upward trend channel in recent months but still regularly pulls back to the other side of the channel before moving the other way again. https://www.tradingview.com/x/l9Gl1CDE/

It’s a particularly modern fallacy that everyone’s opinion is equally valid, equally informed, and should be weighed equally.
There’s an endless amount of factually incorrect or deliberately misleading stuff posted on this site and wider social media.
The answer to the actual question was given by Midas simply and concisely. There’s no charges and you simply buy this share like any other. The management/operating costs are treated the same as any other business. There’s no other technicalities about needing to buy any amount or any fees. Buy a single share if you want when trading resumes ;)
