ORPH is currently at 5.65p
That's hardly a great deal.
Now of course, lots of biotech stocks are currently at their lows, so I'm sure we'd all agree there's plenty of value around, but it's hardly a great deal on price. The ORPH shares are essentially at a discount in the deal though.

I often find that AIM has a weird inverse relationship with the main markets.
Surprisingly often many AIM stocks seem to react the opposite to the main markets (or perhaps react but a day or two later).
I can at least understand them reacting later, as the big money can play the swing at big volume, in the bigger stocks (but no idea why they sometimes do the opposite :p).

Indeed he does. I think that’s the benefit we don’t get in FFWD as these people with fingers in many pies don’t back this directly like most good BOD’s would (and should consider that and throw the FFWD investors a bone).

And far from being negative, I’ve never held a larger position here, and unlike chilston, attempting to buy a fraction of a penny cheaper seems, to me, to have little benefit in the grand scheme of things, when it could easily turn on a sixpence at any moment ;)

I’m alright Matador...just talk is cheap....much like the shares currently.

Actions speak louder than words, hence, if I had a choice, between directors buying serious amounts and an interview that most people (bar those already invested) won’t watch......I’d choose the former every time. ;)

Perhaps Rasmus should contact Abony and McDermott and suggest they show some confidence and buy significant amounts of shares in the company (rather than selling them like Abony did).
Right now most PIs probably have more than them.
The only one who's bought any at all in over three years was the FD this year (so they can't hide behind that closed period waffle - as they could clearly buy).

That's what happens when you have a background seller (which this clearly does).
Seen it countless times on AIM shares, and the majority of the time, once they're done, the share price bounces nicely.
It's simple supply and demand, where the current demand is being continually met by the seller, but once there's no longer that supply of shares to meet demand then the price rises well.
I see no reason this should be any different (in fact with the NAV far in excess of the current price it looks a price candidate to come back strongly once they're done).

oldabutnowise - yeah I think Lorne is a bit more based in reality than Mellon, and I think he over-eggs things less, and perhaps most importantly you won't see investments in manky boot companies, and trim down the portfolio to the more credible companies we all think are good shots at winners.

We've cleared another half million of sells already this morning.....which is still very fishy in itself (but a good thing as the sooner they're done the sooner we can rise meaningfully). If you tot them over previous weeks up it's got to be a quite a large amount already (and got to be well into the many millions). Cheeky sod if it's Mellon ;)

I wouldn't say nothing but good news doggo....but obviously I agree this is well undervalued at present.

(obviously I'm referring to the Vogogo dud in particular - however that's a very small proportion of the investments - and generally speaking everything's looking very good)

That's what people said before it rose about 60% in a week on no news a month and a bit ago ;) (and a few months before that also rose over 50% in a week or so)
In fact every time it's low everyone is all woe is me and then when it heads back on an up leg everyone's the opposite!

I know I’m in the minority compared to the AIM herd but personally I prefer to buy when the share price is lower rather than after it’s risen :p
