I believe it is approximately 13.82% of shares with institutional investors and/or not in public hands, at least according to the Avacta website. This would exclude any unknown institutions with less than a 3% holding.

I think this means any potential take over is down to what the directors believe is a fair and reasonable offer, taking into account the business, the employees and the shareholders.

Sir Al has mentioned Sanofi before as a comparitor company but believes, like I do, that the Avacta technology is superior.

We can clearly push on and stop gains might need to be rethought.

Sir Al did talk about OEM deals.

An Original Equipment Manufacturer is a company that produces parts and equipment that may be marketed by another manufacturer, so I have taken this to mean that we will have OEM companies producing test kits for the likes of BBI, who will be adding the antigen strip into this kit as well as their own. A clever way of increasing test production I should think but still allowing the Avacta brand.

Looks like a clear run to 165 and in the scheme of things well beyond that.

Buy and hold is the obvious approach, accepting that the great unread will look for a 5% gain.

Wilson and I have a different approach to the great unread and Wilson lives in a sea of blue of course. Apologies to ST, who Wilson belongs to but Wilson and I are friends.

Thought we would be blue today as previously stated this afternoon.

I think we are called winalot and there is a likelihood we could go blue today.

They tried picking some up at 150p and now at 155p. No doubt they will get some from the great unread.

For those that have researched, listened to webinars and rechecked the presentation slides three times finding additional great snippets, this is only the start. I would like to thank Wilson for his research. After all, he does live in a sea of blue.

170p is well within target as news gets out and if our new broker gets a hold on the book then we are away.

ANY additional news is a big time uplift.

I think that depends on a couple of things.

News, though unlikely unless linked with Adeptrix, sees us on an upward trail.

The other factor is how many traders we have left looking for 10%.

Hoping we go well past that point as it seems that interest in the share is increasing.

An interesting day ahead no doubt and we do now have 8 depth, so the new broker may be having an impact as someone has already mentioned.

Ahead of anyone telling me I don't see everything from these numbers, here is my take on what I do see.

They have over done the drop as there is currently nothing between 147p and 165p.
They have taken out 140p stop losses.
Shaking us about only works ahead of news.
