A hold and buy day would see that eaten away and create a new trading range, so there will be tree shakes, no doubt starting with a 0.5p reduction at opening.

I did put @£3m, which is an sp of 150p. This what to allow for an earlier agreement, if that was the case.

The key point is why take shares if you could have taken the cash now?

I still regard this as a massive positive and given what I have just read about S&S, I believe that to be correct.
