Have changed the thread title as "oh dear" seems a strange one.

Just a question or two.

If we have a vaccine that is 90% effective (so not AZ) and it is given to 100 people, how would you know if you were one of the ten for whom it hadn't worked?

If we don't know how long the vaccine lasts, how would you know when it's effect had run out?

Surely there is only one logical answer to both of those questions? Happy to hear other answers but I think that "test" is a major part of this for a very long time.

Thanks for the post. It can be hard on here some days. I know you didn't mean dumb and gloom but that might be quite accurate for some of the trolls.

Not noticed you, Myles, BBN or Ophidian talking about Daewoong, which is my personal favourite aside of AVA6000, which brought me here in the first place.

I recognise that many people are fixated on the current tender opportunity but think that there is still a world wide testing requirement that will need more tests than anyone can produce, so am relatively relaxed over one specific tender.

Rather than focus on one aspect, the July RNS about the Daewoong partnership is worth rereading as it talks about a therapy for covid 19.

Since then, Daewoong have cleared stage one clinical trials and are now in stage two and added Tufts to the programme as well.

Apologies for harping on about something other than the LFT, so I'll leave AVA6000 out of it for now.
