This is a joint venture that is one year old. A logical £35m valuation after a £5m fund raise seems fair.

Daewoong pay the running costs, so Avacta now have an asset worth £16m ish from nothing a year on.

Prices paid for similar small biotech companies range from £O.5bn, not that AffyXell is or will be for sale.

There is often more to the announcements than is apparent it would appear.

Looks like Bach previously accepted payment for work done for Avacta in the form of share options.

Might need to issue a dot to dot book on the next special bus given that we have a pipeline of nine cancer drugs and this is what Bach and Point are concerned with.

Not sure why you would state that you are "coming down hard" on this after 11 cases not traced to travel or how you can say that the vaccines are effective against it "after trials".

I may just have reached a point where I don't believe what I am being told in these briefings but if somebody can tell me when any of the vaccines was trialled against the South African variant or the UK variant or the Brazilian variant then please do.

This is nothing to do with Avacta just a question about the information being given out centrally.

Off then to Devil Gate Drive and Come On Over To My Place before taking the two avenues (Electric and Letsby). It then follows the reverse route back to Green Box Lane.

The second special bus follows the same route as the first but also offers an iSpy book with a pencil and a one hour stop at The Wetherby Whaler all included in the price. Travellers will receive fish, chips, mushy peas and a pot of Yorkshire tea all cooked just in time by the chap working down the chip shop who claims he's Elvis.

The bus company have been able to provide these two new services after a Series A fund raising round allowing the purchase of one purple bus and one rainbow coloured bus.

Further expansion for the bus company is anticipated.

Worth reading the above. Seems like it is preferred shares that are converted to shares at a later date, so no dilution at this time and only when the value of Affyxell is likely much higher.

Valuing Affyxell at this point is placing a guess on what %age $7m is. An example of 10% makes Affyxell worth $70m.

The key point (for me) is that the funding for AffyXell has been successful, so the companies buying in believe there is value to be had and it also shows the pull of Daewoong in that part of Asia.
